【摘要】：文章借助DEA方法和空間杜賓模型,比較分析全國(guó)與絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶國(guó)內(nèi)段沿線地區(qū)硬軟性基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資績(jī)效及其對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)集約化的空間效應(yīng)。研究顯示:絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶硬性基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資處于較高的技術(shù)效率水平;區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)集約化呈明顯的空間相關(guān)性;與全國(guó)比較,硬性基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資績(jī)效對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的效應(yīng)明顯,尤其是對(duì)西北地區(qū)產(chǎn)生的本地和溢出效應(yīng)最大;軟性基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資績(jī)效雖然明顯提高整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的集約化水平,但對(duì)西北地區(qū)產(chǎn)生負(fù)向溢出效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:With the help of DEA method and spatial Doberbin model, This paper compares and analyses the performance of hard and soft infrastructure investment in the whole country and along the domestic segment of the Silk Road Economic Belt and its spatial effect on the intensification of economic growth. The research shows that the hard infrastructure investment in the Silk Road Economic Belt is located in the region of the Silk Road Economic Belt. High level of technical efficiency; Compared with the whole country, the performance of hard infrastructure investment has obvious effect on the economic zone, especially on the local and spillover effect of the northwest region. Although the performance of soft infrastructure investment obviously improves the intensive level of the whole economic belt, it has a negative spillover effect on Northwest China.
