創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)天生國(guó)際化企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響——來(lái)自我國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的證據(jù)

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新能力是天生國(guó)際化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的重要特征,根據(jù)天生國(guó)際化經(jīng)典理論,結(jié)合中國(guó)企業(yè)國(guó)際化發(fā)展實(shí)際,篩選符合條件的中國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司,獲得高質(zhì)量的公開(kāi)數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析以研發(fā)密集度、員工教育水平、管理者海外背景和管理者行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)表示的創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)天生國(guó)際化企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):由于研發(fā)投入轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)能力提高的程度較低、研發(fā)質(zhì)量不高等原因,研發(fā)密集度對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效沒(méi)有顯著正向影響;員工受教育水平對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效具有顯著正向影響,這是因?yàn)橐愿咚刭|(zhì)員工為代表的人力資本是企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要源泉;管理者海外背景對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效沒(méi)有明顯影響,管理者行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效具有顯著正向影響,這是因?yàn)橹袊?guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的創(chuàng)立者和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者一般均具有所在行業(yè)多年工作或研究經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉行業(yè)國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)和技術(shù)情況,海外背景的管理者面對(duì)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)可能存在水土不服問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Innovation ability is an important feature of natural international enterprises' production and management activities. According to the classic theory of natural internationalization and the actual development of Chinese enterprises' internationalization, the listed companies on the Chinese gem are selected. Access to high-quality public data, empirical analysis in terms of R & D intensity, employee education, The influence of managers' overseas background and innovation ability expressed by managers' industry experience on the performance of natural international enterprises. The results show that: because R & D investment is transformed into a low degree of productivity improvement, R & D quality is not high, and so on. R & D intensity has no significant positive impact on enterprise performance, and the level of employee education has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance, which is because human capital represented by high-quality employees is an important source of enterprise competitiveness. The manager's overseas background has no obvious influence on the enterprise performance, and the manager's industry experience has a significant positive influence on the enterprise performance. This is because the founders and leaders of listed companies in China's gem generally have many years of work or research experience in their respective industries and are familiar with the market and technology situation of the industry at home and abroad. Managers with overseas backgrounds may face problems in the Chinese market.
