【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,人們對(duì)于法律服務(wù)的需求越來越來強(qiáng)烈;同時(shí),律師行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來越激烈。對(duì)于律師事務(wù)所而言,為了獲取理想的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和地位,必然需要在法律服務(wù)的質(zhì)量上體現(xiàn)出不同尋常之處。而律師事務(wù)所的業(yè)務(wù)管理是其市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心因素,如何實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)管理成為律師事務(wù)所必須面對(duì)的棘手課題。本文以E律師事務(wù)所為例,研究業(yè)務(wù)精細(xì)化管理問題。首先,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研的方法,分析現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)研究成果作為本研究的基礎(chǔ)。其次,運(yùn)用邏輯與歸納的方法,分析E律師事務(wù)所的業(yè)務(wù)管理問題,主要體現(xiàn)在管理理念問題、管理模式問題、管理流程問題和管理績(jī)效問題。而外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和內(nèi)部管理的需求則促使E律師事務(wù)所實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)的精細(xì)化管理。然后,以成熟度模型為藍(lán)本,開發(fā)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)行E律師事務(wù)所業(yè)務(wù)精細(xì)化管理成熟度的評(píng)價(jià),認(rèn)為其成熟度等級(jí)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)級(jí)。最后,依據(jù)精細(xì)化管理的四個(gè)原則(數(shù)據(jù)量化、可操作性、合理適度、盲點(diǎn)規(guī)避),提出E律師事務(wù)所業(yè)務(wù)精細(xì)化管理的路徑——治理結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、人員配備優(yōu)化、辦案精細(xì)化和反饋服務(wù)精細(xì)化,以及實(shí)施精細(xì)化管理的策略保障——精細(xì)化管理文化的培育、精細(xì)化管理制度的完善、輔助手段的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the demand for legal service is becoming more and more intense; at the same time, the competition in the legal profession is becoming more and more intense. For the law firm, in order to obtain the ideal competitive advantage and position in the market, There must be something unusual about the quality of legal services, and the management of the business of law firms is the core factor in their market competition. How to implement business management has become a thorny subject that law firms must face. This paper takes E law firm as an example to study the problem of business fine management. Analysis of the existing research results as the basis of this study. Secondly, the use of logic and induction methods, analysis of E law firm's business management, mainly reflected in the management concept, management model issues, Management process issues and management performance issues. The external competition and internal management requirements prompted E law firm to implement business refinement management. Then, based on the maturity model, an evaluation index system was developed. This paper evaluates the business fine management maturity of E law firm, and considers its maturity level as standard level. Finally, according to the four principles of fine management (data quantification, maneuverability, reasonable and moderate), Blind spot circumvent, put forward E law firm business fine management path-governance structure optimization, staffing optimization, fine case handling and feedback service refinement, And the implementation of meticulous management strategy-the cultivation of fine management culture, the refinement of the management system, the application of auxiliary means.
