【摘要】：基于三門峽水力發(fā)電廠管理信息系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建、信息化管理的全過程,總結(jié)出三門峽水力發(fā)電廠信息化發(fā)展的軌跡和經(jīng)驗(yàn),為建立面向大數(shù)據(jù)和私有云的智能化水電廠進(jìn)行籌劃準(zhǔn)備。管理信息系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,從設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、應(yīng)用均采用成熟的軟件系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方法,從而保證了極高的軟件質(zhì)量與實(shí)用性。實(shí)用化應(yīng)用推廣時(shí),在實(shí)用化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組的統(tǒng)一指導(dǎo)下,工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用人員與軟件開發(fā)人員積極配合,不斷進(jìn)行軟件的改進(jìn),保證了軟件順利應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工作中。隨著三門峽水電廠信息化管理的深化,企業(yè)優(yōu)化重組業(yè)務(wù)流程,重視管理數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析,全面有力地促進(jìn)企業(yè)精細(xì)化管理、目標(biāo)管理和績(jī)效考核等管理工作。在現(xiàn)有信息化的基礎(chǔ)上要緊跟智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的步伐,提前做好智能水電廠的發(fā)展規(guī)劃以及各個(gè)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)間數(shù)據(jù)共享和互動(dòng)的研究,全面推動(dòng)統(tǒng)一信息平臺(tái)智能水電廠工作的展開。
[Abstract]:Based on the construction of management information system of Sanmenxia Hydropower Plant and the whole process of information management, the track and experience of the informatization development of Sanmenxia Hydropower Plant are summarized. In order to set up an intelligent hydropower plant facing big data and private cloud to plan and prepare. The construction of management information system adopts mature software system development method from design, development and application. In order to ensure the extremely high software quality and practicability. In the practical application promotion, under the unified guidance of the practical leading group, the field application personnel and the software developer cooperate actively, carry on the software improvement unceasingly, With the deepening of information management in Sanmenxia Hydropower Plant, the enterprise optimizes the business process, attaches importance to the management data mining and analysis, and comprehensively promotes the fine management of the enterprise. On the basis of the existing informatization, we should keep up with the pace of smart grid development, and do well in advance the development planning of intelligent hydropower plants and the study of data sharing and interaction among the various automation systems. Promote the development of intelligent hydropower plant on unified information platform.
