【摘要】：伴隨"城市化"與"市場(chǎng)化"進(jìn)程,城市社區(qū)之間和社區(qū)內(nèi)部的人口結(jié)構(gòu)差異逐漸加大,社區(qū)異質(zhì)性對(duì)社區(qū)整合帶來挑戰(zhàn)。文章利用中國勞動(dòng)力調(diào)查2014年數(shù)據(jù),就社區(qū)間與社區(qū)內(nèi)的異質(zhì)性對(duì)社區(qū)整合的影響展開分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同的異質(zhì)性指標(biāo)對(duì)社區(qū)鄰里關(guān)系、居委選舉投票率以及社區(qū)糾紛程度會(huì)產(chǎn)生差異性的影響。由此提出社區(qū)建設(shè)要有社區(qū)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的理念,即每個(gè)社區(qū)的工作重點(diǎn)設(shè)置、社區(qū)建設(shè)的資源配置和社區(qū)管理的績(jī)效評(píng)估都應(yīng)該基于對(duì)每個(gè)社區(qū)的人口經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)特征的科學(xué)分析。這需要我們有一個(gè)從自上而下的社區(qū)管理視角向自下而上的社區(qū)管理視角轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:Along with the process of "urbanization" and "marketization", the difference of population structure between and within urban communities is gradually increasing, and the heterogeneity of communities brings challenges to the integration of communities. Based on the analysis of the influence of heterogeneity between communities and communities on community integration, it is found that different indicators of heterogeneity affect community neighborhood relations. The voter turnout rate and the degree of community disputes will have a different impact. Therefore, the idea that community construction should have the social structure of the community, that is, the priority setting of each community's work, is put forward. The resource allocation of community building and the performance evaluation of community management should be based on a scientific analysis of the demographic, economic and social characteristics of each community. This requires us to have a bottom-up community management perspective. Change of community management perspective.
