【摘要】：基于知識觀視角,以我國本土風(fēng)險投資機構(gòu)為研究對象,運用CV Source數(shù)據(jù)庫2005年1月1日至2014年12月31日間的樣本數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建logit回歸分析模型,檢驗風(fēng)險投資機構(gòu)關(guān)系嵌入、知識專業(yè)化及其交互效應(yīng)對投資績效的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)投資機構(gòu)關(guān)系嵌入與成功退出呈倒U型關(guān)系;(2)知識專業(yè)化與成功退出呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;(3)知識專業(yè)化負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)關(guān)系嵌入與成功退出的倒U型關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of knowledge, the sample data from January 1st 2005 to December 31st 2014 of CV Source database are used to study the local venture capital institutions in China. Logit regression analysis model is constructed to test the embedding of venture capital institutions. The effect of knowledge specialization and its interaction on investment performance. The result shows that the relationship between investment institution embedding and successful exit is inversely U-shaped. 2) there is a positive correlation between knowledge specialization and successful withdrawal; 3) the negative regulation relation of knowledge specialization and the inverted U-type relation between successful withdrawal and embedding.
