【摘要】：探究項(xiàng)目化管理模式下的館員績效考核可以促進(jìn)以提高服務(wù)效能為目的的圖書館組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革。文章對比分析佛山市圖書館項(xiàng)目化管理前后的組織機(jī)構(gòu)差異及其館員績效考核實(shí)踐,設(shè)計(jì)基于項(xiàng)目化管理的聯(lián)合績效考核模式框架及流程。聯(lián)合績效考核模式兼顧了職能績效和項(xiàng)目績效,能夠真實(shí)反映館員的工作績效,值得深入探究。
[Abstract]:Exploring the librarian performance evaluation under the mode of project management can promote the change of library organization structure aiming at improving service efficiency. This paper compares and analyzes the difference of organization and organization before and after the project management of library in Foshan City. Performance appraisal practice of librarians. This paper designs the framework and process of joint performance appraisal model based on project management. The joint performance appraisal model takes into account both functional performance and project performance, which can truly reflect the work performance of librarians and is worthy of further exploration.
