【摘要】：結(jié)合探索性單案例研究方法,選擇我國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效優(yōu)異的稀有金屬行業(yè)典型轉(zhuǎn)制科研院所:西北有色金屬研究院(集團(tuán)),對(duì)其在轉(zhuǎn)制過(guò)程中兼顧探索性創(chuàng)新與利用性創(chuàng)新的路徑進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果顯示,轉(zhuǎn)制過(guò)程中的組織分化具有典型的結(jié)構(gòu)雙元特性,組織的空間分離不僅使探索性創(chuàng)新在集團(tuán)直屬研究所有機(jī)式組織中有效運(yùn)行,而且確保了利用性創(chuàng)新在控股公司機(jī)械式組織中獲得高效率,二者相互支持有機(jī)融合。工程中心成為探索性創(chuàng)新向利用性創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)化的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),有效化解產(chǎn)業(yè)化中的技術(shù)與資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高科研轉(zhuǎn)化的成功率。同時(shí),產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作形成的二重網(wǎng)絡(luò)緩解了雙元兼顧的資源約束,提升了集團(tuán)整體雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新效率。
[Abstract]:Combined with the exploratory single-case study method, select the typical transformation research institute of rare metal industry: northwest Nonferrous Metals Research Institute (Group), which has excellent technological innovation performance in China. This paper studies the paths of exploring innovation and utilizing innovation in the process of transformation. The results show that the organizational differentiation in the process of transformation has typical structural dual characteristics. The spatial separation of the organization not only makes exploratory innovation work effectively in the organic organization of the group directly under the research institute, but also ensures the utilization of innovation to obtain high efficiency in the mechanical organization of the holding company. The engineering center becomes the key link of the transformation from exploratory innovation to utilitarian innovation, effectively defuses the technological and financial risks in industrialization, and improves the success rate of scientific research transformation. The dual network formed by the cooperation of industry, university and research alleviates the dual resource constraints and improves the efficiency of dualistic innovation.
