【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的要求也在日益精細(xì),同時(shí)企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制暴露的問題也越來越明顯。存貨作為企業(yè)一項(xiàng)重要的流動(dòng)資產(chǎn),在生產(chǎn)中占用著大量的流動(dòng)資金,存貨的內(nèi)部控制覆蓋著整個(gè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)銷售的全過程,有效完善的存貨內(nèi)部控制,能夠幫助企業(yè)提高運(yùn)營效率、減少運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、加快資金流動(dòng)。存貨的內(nèi)部控制已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)關(guān)注和管理的焦點(diǎn),TA煤業(yè)作為大型國有煤炭企業(yè),完善存貨內(nèi)部控制體系、節(jié)約存貨成本、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有著十分重要的意義。因此,必須對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的存貨內(nèi)部控制體系進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。本文以TA煤業(yè)第二煤礦為對(duì)象,首先對(duì)國內(nèi)外企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制及存貨內(nèi)部控制的有關(guān)研究進(jìn)行回顧,然后在企業(yè)存貨內(nèi)部控制相關(guān)理論方面進(jìn)行了闡述,主要包括:內(nèi)部控制和存貨內(nèi)部控制定義及相關(guān)理論,存貨內(nèi)部控制的原則、目標(biāo)、技術(shù)方法和關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)等,在相關(guān)理論與方法的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了TA煤業(yè)第二煤礦的基本情況和該礦以物資和煤炭為主要結(jié)構(gòu)的存貨內(nèi)部控制流程,通過繪制流程圖的方法并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況發(fā)現(xiàn)該礦物資存貨在需求計(jì)劃、驗(yàn)收入庫、倉儲(chǔ)、領(lǐng)用發(fā)出和盤點(diǎn)等環(huán)節(jié)存在一些問題,同樣,煤炭存貨在出入庫、運(yùn)輸、盤點(diǎn)、質(zhì)量管理等方面也存在一些問題,文章指出以上環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析,最后針對(duì)上述問題提出相應(yīng)的策略。綜上,TA煤業(yè)第二煤礦存貨內(nèi)部控制流程存在諸多漏洞需要改進(jìn),本文針對(duì)其存在的漏洞提出進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的方法,并提出一些輔助措施,如存貨內(nèi)部控制的文化建設(shè)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)、績(jī)效考評(píng)體系、信息系統(tǒng)和監(jiān)督等方面要加強(qiáng)管理,希望對(duì)該礦在完善存貨內(nèi)部控制方面有所幫助,并對(duì)該企業(yè)的其他生產(chǎn)單位有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the requirements of enterprise management are becoming more and more fine, and the problems of internal control are becoming more and more obvious. Inventory is an important current asset. The internal control of inventory covers the whole process of production and sales of the whole enterprise. Effective and perfect internal control of inventory can help enterprises to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational risks. Speeding up the flow of funds. The internal control of inventory has become the focus of modern enterprises' attention and management. As a large state-owned coal enterprise, improve the internal control system of inventory and save the cost of inventory. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the traditional inventory internal control system of coal enterprises. This paper takes the second coal mine of TA coal industry as the object. First of all, the internal control of domestic and foreign enterprises and inventory internal control are reviewed, and then the related theory of internal control of enterprise inventory is expounded. Mainly includes: internal control and inventory internal control definition and related theory, internal inventory control principles, objectives, technical methods and key risk points, on the basis of relevant theories and methods. This paper introduces the basic situation of the second coal mine in TA coal industry and the internal control flow of inventory with material and coal as the main structure. Through the method of drawing flow chart and combining with the actual situation, it is found that there are some problems in the demand planning, acceptance, warehousing, receiving and issuing, inventory and so on. Similarly, the coal inventory is out and out. Transportation, inventory, quality management and other aspects also exist some problems, the article points out the problems in the above links and analyzes them, and finally puts forward the corresponding strategies for the above problems. There are many loopholes in the internal control flow of inventory in the second coal mine of TA coal industry. This paper puts forward some optimization methods and some auxiliary measures, such as the cultural construction of inventory internal control. Risk consciousness, performance evaluation system, information system and supervision should be strengthened. It is hoped that it will be helpful to improve the internal control of inventory in the mine, and can be used for reference by other production units of the enterprise.
