以茶文化為視角看酒店經(jīng)營管理中的跨文化解析

【摘要】:應(yīng)解析酒店經(jīng)營管理中的跨文化現(xiàn)象,因?yàn)檫@關(guān)系到酒店服務(wù)品質(zhì)的提升問題。在調(diào)研和考察的過程中感知到,借助茶文化視角來看待這種跨文化現(xiàn)象具有較強(qiáng)的參照價值。我國酒店中的跨文化現(xiàn)象主要表現(xiàn)在:行為偏好所表現(xiàn)出的跨文化現(xiàn)象、思想觀念所表現(xiàn)出的跨文化現(xiàn)象、接人待物所表現(xiàn)出的跨文化現(xiàn)象。為此,酒店在經(jīng)營管理上應(yīng)給予對策構(gòu)建,即辯證看待跨文化之間的沖突、以告示的方式勸誡用餐客人、培訓(xùn)人員掌握不同溝通技巧、利用法律來規(guī)制非理性行為。
