基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的飯店企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:縱觀世界成功企業(yè),要想在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中生存下去,必須擁有自己核心持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。而技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是構(gòu)建企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的決定性因素,是核心持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的源泉。然而當(dāng)前我國(guó)飯店企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的實(shí)際是行業(yè)普遍不重視技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、大部分的飯店沒(méi)有獨(dú)立的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新人員,其管理方式也是傳統(tǒng)的處理模式,沒(méi)有以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為中心。在目前我國(guó)飯店企業(yè)所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益多樣化,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)邊界不斷擴(kuò)大,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力前所未有的大狀況下,我國(guó)的飯店企業(yè)必須要改善與加強(qiáng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新工作,提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,才能在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中戰(zhàn)勝對(duì)手,在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。本文以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為視角,深入研究了學(xué)界和業(yè)界持續(xù)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題——我國(guó)飯店企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。首先,論文綜述了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的一般原理,闡述了飯店企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論,構(gòu)筑了基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的飯店企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。第二,構(gòu)建飯店企業(yè)基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型,運(yùn)用層次分析法計(jì)算出各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。第三,運(yùn)用模糊評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)金陵飯店集團(tuán)基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析,計(jì)算出金陵飯店集團(tuán)基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和六項(xiàng)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的模糊評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行具體分析。最后,通過(guò)分析金陵飯店集團(tuán)基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模糊評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,歸納出金陵飯店集團(tuán)基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升制約因素,并結(jié)合金陵飯店集團(tuán)的實(shí)際有針對(duì)性地提出基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的金陵飯店集團(tuán)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升策略。本文較全面的分析了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的辯證關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型,并運(yùn)用模糊層次分析法對(duì)金陵飯店集團(tuán)的基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,其研究為飯店企業(yè)加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供了參考和借鑒,具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:In order to survive in the fierce market competition, successful enterprises in the world must have their own core competitiveness. Technological innovation is the decisive factor to construct the competitiveness of enterprises and the source of the core sustainable competitive advantage. However, at present, the reality of technological innovation in Chinese hotel enterprises is that the industry generally does not attach importance to technological innovation. Most hotels do not have independent technical innovation personnel, and their management mode is also a traditional processing mode, and it is not centered on technological innovation. At present, the competition of our hotel enterprises is becoming more and more diversified, the competition boundary is expanding, and the competition pressure is unprecedented, so the hotel enterprises in our country must improve and strengthen the technological innovation work and enhance their own competitiveness. In order to beat in the market competition, in the fierce market competition in an invincible position. From the point of view of technological innovation, this paper makes a thorough study on the competitive power of Chinese hotel enterprises, which is a hot issue that the academic circles and the industry have been paying close attention to. Firstly, this paper summarizes the general principles of technological innovation, expounds the theory of hotel enterprise competitiveness, and constructs the theoretical basis of hotel enterprise competitiveness research based on technology innovation. Secondly, the competitiveness evaluation model of hotel enterprises based on technological innovation is constructed, and the weight of each index is calculated by AHP. Thirdly, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to analyze the competitiveness of Jinling Hotel Group based on technological innovation, and the fuzzy evaluation results of Jinling Hotel Group based on technological innovation competitiveness and six secondary indexes are calculated, and the results are analyzed concretely. Finally, by analyzing the fuzzy evaluation results of Jinling Hotel Group's competitiveness based on technological innovation, this paper concludes the factors that restrict the competitiveness of Jinling Hotel Group based on technological innovation. Combining with the actual situation of Jinling Hotel Group, this paper puts forward the strategy of improving the competitiveness of Jinling Hotel Group based on technological innovation. This paper comprehensively analyzes the dialectical relationship between technological innovation and competitiveness, constructs a competitive evaluation model based on technological innovation, and uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the competitiveness of Jinling Hotel Group based on technological innovation. The research provides a reference for hotel enterprises to speed up technological innovation and enhance competitiveness, and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
