【摘要】: 特許經(jīng)營(yíng)作為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)營(yíng)方式,實(shí)踐證明是餐飲業(yè)發(fā)展最好的經(jīng)營(yíng)方式之一,也是許多餐飲企業(yè)走向成功,走向世界的必由之路。目前,特許經(jīng)營(yíng)模式在我國(guó)餐飲業(yè)得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。隨著中餐被越來(lái)越多的人所喜愛(ài)和接受,我國(guó)的許多餐飲企業(yè)也開(kāi)始積極探索特許經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展道路。但由于我國(guó)餐飲業(yè)特許經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展的時(shí)間尚短,還存在諸多問(wèn)題尚待解決,阻礙我國(guó)餐飲企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)。在這一背景下,本文對(duì)我國(guó)餐飲企業(yè)的特許經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了有針對(duì)性的分析和策略建議。 第一章,對(duì)特許經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)行了概述。介紹了特許經(jīng)營(yíng)的產(chǎn)生于歷史發(fā)展,特許經(jīng)營(yíng)的概念、類型,以及國(guó)內(nèi)玩特許經(jīng)營(yíng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。 第二章,介紹了我國(guó)餐飲特許經(jīng)營(yíng)的建立與發(fā)展。對(duì)國(guó)外餐飲業(yè)特許經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展的成功應(yīng)驗(yàn)、我國(guó)餐飲業(yè)特許經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展歷程、特點(diǎn)面臨的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。 第三章,我國(guó)餐飲業(yè)發(fā)展特許經(jīng)營(yíng)的建議。分別從外部環(huán)境和企業(yè)內(nèi)部運(yùn)作兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了論述。外部環(huán)境方面,主要從法律、法規(guī)及政策上進(jìn)行完善;形成餐飲特許經(jīng)營(yíng)的有序市場(chǎng)環(huán)境。企業(yè)內(nèi)部運(yùn)作方面,從打造企業(yè)品牌、建立專業(yè)化、規(guī)范化運(yùn)營(yíng)體系;物流管理體系;完善人才培訓(xùn)體系;學(xué)習(xí)接見(jiàn)外國(guó)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)等幾個(gè)方面提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Franchise, as a modern management mode, has been proved to be one of the best management methods for the development of catering industry. It is also the only way for many catering enterprises to succeed and move towards the world. The franchise mode has developed rapidly in the catering industry of our country. With more and more people like and accept the Chinese food, Many catering enterprises in our country have also begun to actively explore the development path of franchising. However, due to the short time of franchise development in China, there are still many problems to be solved, which hinder the growth of catering enterprises in our country. This article has carried on the pertinence analysis and the strategy suggestion to the catering enterprise's franchise development in our country. In the first chapter, the author gives an overview of franchising, introduces the historical development of franchising, the concept and types of franchising, and the development of franchising in China. The second chapter introduces the establishment and development of catering franchising in China, and expounds in detail the successful development of foreign catering franchising, the development course and characteristics of catering franchising in China. The third chapter, the suggestions on the development of franchising in the catering industry of our country. It discusses the external environment and the internal operation of the enterprise respectively. The external environment, mainly from the laws, regulations and policies to improve; Forming the orderly market environment of catering franchise. In the aspect of enterprise internal operation, we should build the enterprise brand, establish the specialized and standardized operation system, logistics management system, perfect personnel training system; Learn to meet with foreign advanced experience and other aspects of the relevant suggestions.
