【摘要】:隨著市場(chǎng)就業(yè)壓力的增大,以及80、90后成長(zhǎng)為社會(huì)的新興群體,越來(lái)越多的人開始嘗試選擇“創(chuàng)業(yè)”。對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)者來(lái)說(shuō)需要積極發(fā)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)供求缺口并為此牽線搭橋、整合資源并且愿意承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。Cantillon把這樣的人稱為創(chuàng)業(yè)者,這樣的精神稱為企業(yè)家精神…… 本文選取茶繽紛餐飲有限公司從無(wú)到有,從初創(chuàng)走向發(fā)展的真實(shí)故事作為素材以案例分析的題材向讀者展示了茶繽紛作為新創(chuàng)立的企業(yè)在整個(gè)發(fā)展過(guò)程當(dāng)中所面臨的困難與挑戰(zhàn)。文章首先對(duì)于市場(chǎng)環(huán)境以及奶茶行業(yè)的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析,結(jié)合茶繽紛自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)尋找到了茶繽紛市場(chǎng)定位。并分別從店面選址、產(chǎn)品定位設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品定價(jià)、原材料成本控制、采購(gòu)規(guī)劃到市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷,人員管理等方面所遇到的問(wèn)題深入剖析,揭示出企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中所出現(xiàn)的管理問(wèn)題。茶繽紛管理者充分利用管理理論指導(dǎo)創(chuàng)業(yè)的過(guò)程,使理論與實(shí)踐有機(jī)地結(jié)合在奶茶企業(yè)的成功運(yùn)作當(dāng)中。 雖然現(xiàn)在茶繽紛的經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模還不大,但將其逐步成長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程加以總結(jié)、提煉形成案例研究報(bào)告,可以為奶茶行業(yè)中的經(jīng)營(yíng)者以及準(zhǔn)備創(chuàng)業(yè)的人們參考和借鑒。
