【摘要】：中國旅游業(yè)是世界旅游業(yè)中重要的組成部分，隨著中國旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，我國星級酒店的數(shù)量也從1978年的203家增加到2012年的13304家。香格里拉、萬豪、喜來登、希爾頓等國際聯(lián)號酒店集團進入中國的速度和數(shù)量與日俱增，并以其雄厚的資金、先進的管理和品牌優(yōu)勢長驅(qū)直入中國高星級酒店市場，我國本土單體酒店面臨巨大競爭壓力。面對以顧客為導(dǎo)向的服務(wù)業(yè)市場，酒店只有不斷挖掘潛在客戶、提高現(xiàn)有客戶的滿意度并發(fā)展忠誠客戶，才能提高酒店的整體競爭力。 本文分析了ZZ國際酒店所處的市場環(huán)境，并通過對酒店SWOT分析，，從客戶關(guān)系管理入手，發(fā)現(xiàn)ZZ國際酒店在運營過程中的問題。經(jīng)過理論與實際相結(jié)合的分析，利用作者掌握的酒店實際資料，通過對酒店客戶關(guān)系管理現(xiàn)狀與不足的分析，將客戶關(guān)系管理的理論結(jié)合企業(yè)實際，對ZZ國際酒店實施客戶關(guān)系管理提供參考性改進意見，實現(xiàn)了把客戶關(guān)系管理理論有效應(yīng)用到企業(yè)實際的目的。
[Abstract]:China ' s tourism is an important part of the world ' s tourism industry . With the rapid development of China ' s tourism industry , the number of star hotels in China has increased from 203 in 1978 to 13,304 in 2012 . This paper analyzes the market environment of the Hotel in China , and through SWOT analysis of the hotel , starts with the customer relationship management , and finds out the problems in the course of operation . Through the analysis of the current situation and deficiency of the hotel customer relationship management , the theory of the customer relationship management is combined with the actual situation of the enterprise through the analysis of the current situation and deficiency of the hotel customer relationship management . The theory of the customer relationship management is applied to the customer relationship management to provide the reference improvement opinions , and the CRM theory is effectively applied to the practical purposes of the enterprise .
