【摘要】: 中國改革開放以來,隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制的建立和不斷完善,企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境都發(fā)生了根本性的變化。企業(yè)競爭的日益激烈使企業(yè)管理者們越來越深刻地認識到,企業(yè)必須重視戰(zhàn)略管理問題,進行競爭戰(zhàn)略研究已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的重要課題。 中國經(jīng)濟的高速增長,吸引了世界各國的普遍關注。在中國三次產(chǎn)業(yè)中,服務業(yè)的發(fā)展最為強勁,而其中,餐飲業(yè)又成為服務業(yè)中的最大亮點,最近十多年連續(xù)保持兩位數(shù)增長,難怪韓國媒體稱,“餐飲業(yè)成為拉動中國內(nèi)需的第一功臣”,可見,餐飲業(yè)在中國經(jīng)濟中處于非常重要的地位。 重慶五斗米公司是一家民營連鎖餐飲企業(yè)。目前國家和地區(qū)良好的社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境,為公司發(fā)展帶來了巨大的發(fā)展機遇,但是,我們同時必須看到,重慶餐飲市場是一個競爭十分激烈的市場。五斗米公司同行競爭對手、潛在進入者眾多,顧客消費偏好不斷變化,,消費選擇逐漸趨于理性,企業(yè)高級管理人才嚴重匱乏等問題,都使得五斗米公司一定要認真應對,必須要站在戰(zhàn)略高度來制定、選擇和實施企業(yè)競爭策略,才可能使自己在競爭中立于不敗之地。 本文根據(jù)餐飲業(yè)的顧客和市場競爭特點,結合SWOT分析法,指出五斗米公司應該選擇的公司層戰(zhàn)略是扭轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略,競爭戰(zhàn)略適宜采取產(chǎn)品差異化戰(zhàn)略。公司必須努力使自己在產(chǎn)品、服務、管理等各方面做到與眾不同,不斷創(chuàng)新,創(chuàng)建持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢。 五斗米公司實施產(chǎn)品差異化戰(zhàn)略的具體措施主要有:一是構建與戰(zhàn)略相適應的組織結構。二是注重創(chuàng)新型人力資源的開發(fā)與管理。三是打造特色營銷模式。四是充分發(fā)揮財務管理的職能。五是塑造注重創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)文化。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, with the establishment and continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system. The internal and external environment of enterprises have undergone fundamental changes. The increasingly fierce competition of enterprises makes managers more and more aware that enterprises must attach importance to strategic management issues. Research on competitive strategy has become an important issue for the survival and development of enterprises. The rapid economic growth of China has attracted the universal attention of all countries in the world. Among the three industries in China, the development of the service industry is the strongest, and among them, the catering industry has become the biggest bright spot in the service industry. With double-digit growth for more than a decade, it is no wonder that South Korean media have said that "the catering industry has become the number one contributor to domestic demand in China", indicating that the restaurant industry is very important in the Chinese economy. Chongqing Wudoumi Company is a private chain catering enterprise. At present, the good social and economic environment of our country and region has brought great development opportunities for the company, but we must see at the same time. Chongqing catering market is a very competitive market. Wudou rice company competitors, potential entrants are numerous, customer consumption preferences are constantly changing, consumption choices tend to be rational. The serious shortage of senior management personnel makes Wudou rice company must seriously deal with the problem, must stand in the strategic height to formulate, select and implement the enterprise competition strategy. In order to make themselves in an invincible position in the competition. According to the characteristics of customers and market competition in the catering industry and SWOT analysis, this paper points out that the company level strategy should be chosen by Wudou rice company is a twisting strategy. Competitive strategy is suitable for product differentiation strategy. Companies must strive to make their products, services, management and other aspects to be different, constantly innovative, and create a sustainable competitive advantage. The specific measures for Wudou rice company to implement product differentiation strategy are as follows:. One is to build an organizational structure suitable to the strategy, the other is to pay attention to the development and management of innovative human resources, the third is to create a unique marketing model, and the fourth is to give full play to the functions of financial management.
