A銀行單證中心發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、問題及對策研究

【摘要】:隨著銀行業(yè)競爭越來越激烈,各個(gè)銀行都在改變傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營模式,尋求新的利潤增長點(diǎn),銀行業(yè)對中間業(yè)務(wù)的重視程度越來越高。國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)相對來說利潤較高、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低,提高國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)的中間收入對于銀行來說是追求利潤增長的重要途徑,如何提升國際結(jié)算的運(yùn)作效率、降低成本是一個(gè)非常重要的問題。國外許多銀行單證中心模式已發(fā)展的較為成熟,我國銀行也紛紛建立單證中心,特別是一些規(guī)模較大的銀行。單證中心模式已經(jīng)成為國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展趨勢,成為利潤的新增長點(diǎn)。本文通過分析A銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合外部的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境分析了A銀行必須加快推進(jìn)單證中心建設(shè)的重要性。單證中心模式相比較于傳統(tǒng)模式具有許多的優(yōu)點(diǎn),通過與國內(nèi)外銀行的比較,A銀行目前處于單證中心模式的初期階段。單證中心仍存在不少問題,包括人才的緊缺、流程的不完善以及設(shè)備系統(tǒng)方面等問題,文章通過詳細(xì)的分析A銀行單證中心的現(xiàn)狀,為中心設(shè)定了短期、中期、長期的目標(biāo),并且有針對性的尋求解決問題的路徑,達(dá)到既定的目標(biāo)。本文從流程管理、績效考核、人員招聘、系統(tǒng)升級(jí)等方面敘述了A銀行單證中心為達(dá)到設(shè)定目標(biāo)的措施和方法,降低單證中心的成本,提高工作效率以及提升業(yè)務(wù)的質(zhì)量,以實(shí)現(xiàn)中心的盈利目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the banking industry, each bank is changing the traditional business model and looking for a new profit growth point, and the banking industry attaches more and more importance to the intermediate business. International settlement business is relatively high profit and low risk. It is an important way for banks to improve the intermediate income of international settlement business to pursue profit growth. How to improve the operational efficiency of international settlement and reduce the cost is a very important problem. Many foreign banks have developed the model of document center, and Chinese banks have also set up document centers, especially some large banks. Document center model has become the development trend of international settlement business and a new growth point of profit. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the development of Bank A and the external economic environment, this paper analyzes the importance that Bank A must speed up the construction of document center. Compared with the traditional model, the document center model has many advantages. By comparing with the domestic and foreign banks, Bank A is in the early stage of the document center model. There are still many problems in the document center, including the shortage of talents, the imperfection of the process and the equipment system. Through the detailed analysis of the present situation of the document center of Bank A, this paper sets short-term, medium-term and long-term goals for the center, and specifically seeks the path to solve the problem to achieve the established goal. This paper describes the measures and methods of A bank document center to achieve the goal from the aspects of process management, performance evaluation, personnel recruitment, system upgrade and so on, so as to reduce the cost of document center, improve work efficiency and improve the quality of business, so as to achieve the profit goal of the center.
