發(fā)展消費信貸與擴大農(nóng)村消費需求相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:之所以要開展對發(fā)展消費信貸與擴大農(nóng)村消費需求相關(guān)性研究,一方面是因為目前我國農(nóng)村居民消費水平明顯偏低。我國7億多農(nóng)村人口實現(xiàn)的消費品零售額近占社會消費品零售總額的30%,農(nóng)村居民人均消費水平僅相當(dāng)于城市居民的1/3,農(nóng)村居民消費水平落后城鎮(zhèn)居民至少10年以上。因此,無論是從改變我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式看,還是從改善農(nóng)村民生看,都需要擴大農(nóng)村消費需求。然而,要擴大農(nóng)村消費需求,就需要發(fā)展消費信貸。因為發(fā)展消費信貸對擴大農(nóng)村消費需求起著極為重要的作用。另一方面擴大農(nóng)村消費需求又會對我國消費信貸發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重大影響。由于受經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、市場體制以及消費觀念等多種因素的制約,我國消費信貸發(fā)展緩慢,而擴大農(nóng)村消費需求將對我國消費信貸發(fā)展注入長久動力,并將為我國金融業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造一個新的經(jīng)濟增長點。因此,對發(fā)展消費信貸與擴大農(nóng)村消費需求相關(guān)性進行研究具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文從文獻綜述和相關(guān)理論入手,首先對發(fā)展消費信貸與擴大農(nóng)村消費需求進行相關(guān)性分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上選取1994-2010年我國農(nóng)村居民家庭平均每人生活消費支出、農(nóng)村居民家庭人均純收入、農(nóng)村消費信貸三組數(shù)據(jù)組建模型,進行實證分析,得出發(fā)展消費信貸與擴大農(nóng)村消費需求是正相關(guān)的結(jié)論。接著結(jié)合我國農(nóng)村實際情況,深入分析了發(fā)展消費信貸對擴大農(nóng)村消費需求的作用,即有利于提高農(nóng)村居民人收入;提升農(nóng)村居民消費傾向;改善農(nóng)村居民消費結(jié)構(gòu);改變農(nóng)村居民消費預(yù)算線。然后探討了擴大農(nóng)村消費需求對我國消費信貸發(fā)展的影響,,即擴大農(nóng)村消費需求不僅是發(fā)展消費信貸的長久動力,也是發(fā)展消費信貸的本質(zhì)要求,是完善消費信貸社會環(huán)境的必要條件。最后對如何更好發(fā)展農(nóng)村消費信貸、擴大農(nóng)村消費需求提出對策建議。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處主要是較為系統(tǒng)的研究構(gòu)建了發(fā)展消費信貸與農(nóng)村消費需求的分析框架。
[Abstract]:The reason why we should carry out the research on the correlation between the development of consumer credit and the expansion of rural consumer demand is on the one hand because the consumption level of rural residents in our country is obviously low at present. The retail sales of consumer goods realized by more than 700 million rural people in China account for nearly 30% of the total retail sales of social consumer goods. The per capita consumption level of rural residents is only 1% of that of urban residents, and the consumption level of rural residents lags behind that of urban residents for at least 10 years. Therefore, whether from the point of view of changing the mode of economic development in our country, or from the point of view of improving the people's livelihood in rural areas, we need to expand the rural consumption demand. However, in order to expand rural consumer demand, it is necessary to develop consumer credit. Because the development of consumer credit plays a very important role in expanding rural consumer demand. On the other hand, expanding rural consumer demand will have a significant impact on the development of consumer credit in China. Due to the restriction of many factors, such as the level of economic development, the market system and the concept of consumption, the development of consumer credit in China is slow, and the expansion of rural consumer demand will inject a long-term impetus into the development of consumer credit in China. And will create a new economic growth point for the development of China's financial industry. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the correlation between the development of consumer credit and the expansion of rural consumer demand. Starting with literature review and related theories, this paper first analyzes the correlation between the development of consumer credit and the expansion of rural consumer demand. On this basis, three groups of data, namely, the average per capita consumption expenditure of rural households, the per capita net income of rural households and rural consumer credit, were selected for empirical analysis. It is concluded that the development of consumer credit is positively related to the expansion of rural consumer demand. Then, combined with the actual situation in rural areas of our country, this paper deeply analyzes the role of the development of consumer credit in expanding rural consumption demand, that is, it is beneficial to improve the income of rural residents, enhance the consumption tendency of rural residents, improve the consumption structure of rural residents, and improve the consumption structure of rural residents. Change the consumption budget line of rural residents. Then it discusses the influence of expanding rural consumer demand on the development of consumer credit in China, that is, expanding rural consumer demand is not only the long-term driving force for the development of consumer credit, but also the essential requirement for the development of consumer credit. It is a necessary condition to perfect the social environment of consumer credit. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to better develop rural consumer credit and expand rural consumer demand. The innovation of this paper is to systematically study and construct the analysis framework of developing consumer credit and rural consumer demand.
