【摘要】：本文在對(duì)寧波市試點(diǎn)的小額貸款公司逐個(gè)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,以問(wèn)卷、與總經(jīng)理對(duì)話、小型會(huì)議等方式,研究了小額貸款公司的資金來(lái)源、內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)及其相關(guān)問(wèn)題。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),小額貸款公司將民間資本引導(dǎo)至合法的渠道,業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況良好,解決了農(nóng)戶、微型企業(yè)融資難問(wèn)題。但小額貸款公司存在明顯的資金瓶頸問(wèn)題,貸款資金來(lái)源非常有限,主要源于自有資金。因此,本文提出以下建議:小額貸款公司要提高融資比例,增加后續(xù)資金;建立信用評(píng)價(jià)體系,加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理;重視"三農(nóng)"和中小企業(yè)服務(wù)的貸款投向,并最終轉(zhuǎn)制成純金融類(lèi)機(jī)構(gòu),這樣才能可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:On the basis of one-by-one investigation of micro-loan companies in Ningbo, this paper studies the source of funds, internal business and related problems of micro-loan companies by means of questionnaire, dialogue with general manager, small-scale meeting and so on. It is found that microfinance companies lead private capital to legal channels, and their business is in good condition, which solves the problem of financing for farmers and micro-enterprises. However, there are obvious capital bottlenecks in microfinance companies, the source of loan funds is very limited, mainly from their own funds. Therefore, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: micro-loan companies should increase the proportion of financing, increase the follow-up funds, establish a credit evaluation system, strengthen risk management; Pay attention to "agriculture, rural areas" and small and medium-sized enterprises service loan investment, and finally turn into pure financial institutions, so as to achieve sustainable development.
