【摘要】：在非充分就業(yè)情況下,貨幣供給與價(jià)格水平的關(guān)系是不確定的,它取決于商品供給對(duì)貨幣變化反應(yīng)彈性的大小、新增的貨幣供給是否能夠有效地進(jìn)入實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)以及進(jìn)入比例的大小等,當(dāng)新增貨幣難以進(jìn)入實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì),且供給的彈性大于貨幣供給的變化時(shí),貨幣供給增加的結(jié)果將是價(jià)格水平的下降。這正是當(dāng)前各國面臨的情況。貨幣不僅是價(jià)值尺度和交換媒介,更是資本。資本的價(jià)值由其獲得的收益大小決定,宏觀方面的資本收益率由新增貨幣的大小決定,所以從資本的角度看,哪個(gè)國家貨幣供給量增長越快,其貨幣的相對(duì)價(jià)值也就越高,即匯率與貨幣供給增長成正比。在貨幣一般功能與特殊(資本)功能對(duì)匯率相反作用的對(duì)比中,后者的力量往往要大于前者,由此促使匯率在較快的貨幣供給中升值。美元匯率危機(jī)以來的情況,就充分證明了這點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In the case of underemployment, the relationship between money supply and price level is uncertain and depends on the elasticity of commodity supply in response to changes in currency. Whether the new money supply can effectively enter the real economy and the size of the entry ratio, when the new money is difficult to enter the real economy, and the elasticity of supply is greater than the change of the money supply, The result of the increase in the money supply will be a fall in price levels. This is exactly what countries are facing. Money is not only a measure of value and a medium of exchange, but also a capital. The value of capital is determined by the income it receives, and the return on capital in macro terms is determined by the size of the new currency, so from a capital point of view, the faster the money supply growth in a country, the higher the relative value of its currency. The exchange rate is proportional to the increase in the money supply. In the contrast between the general function of currency and the opposite effect of special (capital) function on the exchange rate, the latter is often stronger than the former, which promotes the exchange rate to appreciate in the faster money supply. This has been well demonstrated since the dollar exchange rate crisis.
