【摘要】：文章綜述專用性投資及其治理安排的最新理論進(jìn)展。一方面,就專用性投資概念而言,從投資的性質(zhì)將關(guān)系專用性投資劃分為自利性投資、合作性投資、混合性投資;從專用的對象看,從實(shí)證的角度提出了產(chǎn)業(yè)專用性投資、任務(wù)專用性投資和模式專用性投資等新概念。另一方面,關(guān)于如何實(shí)現(xiàn)對專用性投資的有效治理的問題,也存在許多針鋒相對的觀點(diǎn),如科斯與威廉姆森之間、哈特-莫爾與Chung、Aghion等之間以及Lyon-Rasmusen與Che-Hausch之間的分歧等。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the latest theoretical progress of dedicated investment and its governance arrangements. On the one hand, as far as the concept of exclusive investment is concerned, the relationship specific investment is divided into self-interest investment, cooperative investment and mixed investment from the nature of investment. From the point of view of special objects, this paper puts forward some new concepts, such as industry specific investment, task specific investment and mode specific investment. On the other hand, there are many competing views on how to achieve effective governance of dedicated investments, such as Coase and Williamson, Hartmore and Chung, Differences between Aghion et al and between Lyon-Rasmusen and Che-Hausch.
