【摘要】：FDI是我國經(jīng)濟增長的新動力,外資的進入,不僅引入了資金,還調(diào)整了我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。同時,高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是推動現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)鍵力量,分析和研究FDI對我國高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的作用效果,具有現(xiàn)實的戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文首先在相關(guān)文獻的基礎上總結(jié)了FDI對高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的作用途徑和機理。接著,量化評價我國高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力,主要運用貿(mào)易競爭力指數(shù)、資產(chǎn)利潤率等指標,并進行國際間與行業(yè)間的比較。然后,運用我國1996-2010年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),分別采用線性回歸模型、單因素的時間序列模型和多因素的面板數(shù)據(jù)模型估計FDI對我國高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的影響,并進行整體和行業(yè)的橫向比較。最后,提出有效利用FDI促進我國高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策和建議。 本文的研究結(jié)果表明：FDI能夠促進我國高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的提高,并大于FDI對我國整體經(jīng)濟國際競爭力產(chǎn)生的影響。從行業(yè)看,行業(yè)間利用外資的質(zhì)量存在差距,FDI能夠促使我國醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)、醫(yī)療設備及儀器儀表制造業(yè)、航空航天器制造業(yè)國際競爭力的提升,但是會降低電子及通信設備制造業(yè)、電子計算機及辦公設備制造業(yè)的國際競爭力。
[Abstract]:FDI is the new driving force of China's economic growth. The entry of foreign capital not only introduces funds, but also adjusts the industrial structure of our country. At the same time, the high-tech industry is the key force to promote the modern economic growth. It is of practical strategic significance to analyze and study the effect of FDI on the international competitiveness of China's high-tech industry. Firstly, this paper summarizes the mechanism of FDI on the international competitiveness of high and new technology industry on the basis of relevant literature. Then, the international competitiveness of China's high-tech industries is evaluated quantitatively. The index of trade competitiveness, asset profit margin and so on are mainly used, and the comparison between international and industry is carried out. Then, using the relevant data from 1996 to 2010, we use linear regression model, single-factor time series model and multi-factor panel data model to estimate the impact of FDI on the international competitiveness of high-tech industries in China. And carries on the overall and the industry horizontal comparison. Finally, the paper puts forward the policies and suggestions of using FDI effectively to promote the development of high-tech industry in China. The results of this paper show that FDI can promote the international competitiveness of China's high-tech industries, and it is greater than the impact of FDI on the international competitiveness of China's economy as a whole. From the industry point of view, there is a gap in the quality of foreign capital utilization among industries. FDI can promote the international competitiveness of China's pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical equipment and instrument manufacturing, and aerospace manufacturing. But it would reduce the international competitiveness of the electronics and communications equipment, computer and office equipment industries.
