【摘要】：合理的治理結構無疑對企業(yè)的經營業(yè)績具有十分重要的作用,許多關于山西票號的研究細致地分析了票號的制度結構、經營管理及其成敗得失。文章在對山西票號銀股、身股股權結構、財東與經理間的委托代理關系及其信譽博弈分析的基礎上,研究了票號身股制度變遷的路徑依賴,并對人力股在現代企業(yè)中的探索進行了簡單分析。
[Abstract]:There is no doubt that a reasonable governance structure plays a very important role in the business performance of an enterprise. Many studies on Shanxi ticketing have carefully analyzed the institutional structure, management and success or failure of the ticket number. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the bank and stock, the equity structure, the principal-agent relationship between Caidong and the manager and the reputation game, the paper studies the path dependence of the institutional change of the stock. And the manpower shares in the modern enterprise exploration carried on the simple analysis.
