【摘要】：本文討論了國(guó)際板建設(shè)涉及的三方面的理論問題,以及五個(gè)具體操作層面的問題。這三個(gè)方面的關(guān)系問題是國(guó)際板與香港國(guó)際金融中心的地位關(guān)系問題、國(guó)際板與外匯管理制度的關(guān)系問題以及國(guó)際板與國(guó)內(nèi)板的關(guān)系問題。五個(gè)方面具體操作層面的問題包括國(guó)際板的保薦、發(fā)行和審批流程問題、國(guó)際板的招股書披露要求問題、國(guó)際板的適用財(cái)務(wù)準(zhǔn)則問題、國(guó)際板的上市規(guī)則問題以及國(guó)際板的公司治理問題。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the three aspects of theoretical problems involved in international board construction and five specific operational aspects. The relationship between the international board and the international financial center, the relationship between the international board and the foreign exchange management system, and the relationship between the international board and the domestic board. Five aspects of the specific operational aspects of the issues include the recommendation of international boards, the issue of issuance and approval process, the international board of prospectus disclosure requirements, the international board of the application of financial standards, The listing rules of international board and the corporate governance of international board.
