【摘要】：以典型的證券信息活動所涉及到的主體、客體和環(huán)境要素為研究起點,基于產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈的角度分析證券信息服務(wù)模式構(gòu)造所需的基本要素及其關(guān)聯(lián),再圍繞著六個要素及其產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)構(gòu)建分別面向活躍的個人投資者的三種證券信息服務(wù)模式和面向機構(gòu)投資者的兩種證券信息服務(wù)模式,最后比較這幾種模式。
[Abstract]:Taking the main body, object and environment elements involved in the typical securities information activities as the starting point of the research, this paper analyzes the basic elements and their correlation for the construction of the securities information service model based on the industrial value chain. Then three kinds of securities information service modes for active individual investors and two kinds of securities information service modes for institutional investors are constructed around the six elements and their industrial linkages.
