【摘要】：《皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)規(guī)劃》的提出，不僅是為長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)和沿海等發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)成熟產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)出做好準(zhǔn)備，更是促進(jìn)皖江城市帶承接地的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)與優(yōu)化。本研究結(jié)合當(dāng)前皖江城市帶金融發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，找出金融支持皖江城市帶建設(shè)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題以及產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因，為今后金融更有力地支持皖江城市帶建設(shè)提出建議。 首先分析皖江城市帶的基本現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)了其承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在以及建設(shè)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和金融理論進(jìn)行分析，，明確金融支持對(duì)區(qū)域建設(shè)的作用和機(jī)制。然后用定量的方法研究了皖江城市帶的金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并與珠江三角洲進(jìn)行了對(duì)比，此外還用因子分析法得出皖江城市帶10個(gè)市的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境排序，找出約束皖江城市帶金融發(fā)展的因素所在，并提出約束金融發(fā)展的原因。在選取指標(biāo)方面，采用反映金融發(fā)展水平與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的指標(biāo)，通過(guò)ADF單位根檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)、Granger因果檢驗(yàn)法，實(shí)證地分析皖江城市帶金融發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的因果關(guān)系，并用誤差修正模型分析金融發(fā)展水平指標(biāo)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)在短期和長(zhǎng)期兩方面是如何作用的。其次通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外區(qū)域金融支持經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的案例，用于金融支持皖江城市帶經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的借鑒。最后在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相關(guān)的金融支持建議，以加快皖江城市帶經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)，提高自身對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)待轉(zhuǎn)移的成熟產(chǎn)業(yè)的拉力，更好地促進(jìn)皖江城市帶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)與優(yōu)化。 皖江城市帶金融發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)存在單向因果關(guān)系，金融發(fā)展是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的格蘭杰原因，屬于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展早期的“供給引導(dǎo)型”模式。而不是像其它研究成果中經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)是金融發(fā)展的格蘭杰原因，或是雙向因果關(guān)系，還得出皖江城市帶金融相關(guān)率與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。提出擴(kuò)大皖江城市帶金融機(jī)構(gòu)的營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)，完善銀行業(yè)金融機(jī)構(gòu)體系，創(chuàng)新證券市場(chǎng)融資產(chǎn)品，拓展資本融資渠道，合理配置金融資源，對(duì)能帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的優(yōu)質(zhì)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)卣邇A斜的建議。
[Abstract]:The proposal of the "Wanjiang Urban Belt to undertake Industrial transfer demonstration Zone" is not only to prepare for the transfer of mature industries from the Yangtze River Delta region to the coastal areas, and other developed regions. It also promotes the economic growth and the upgrading and optimization of the industrial structure. According to the present situation of the financial development of the Wanjiang city belt, this study finds out the problems and causes of the financial support in the process of the construction of the Anhui river city belt, and puts forward some suggestions for the future financial support of the construction of the Anhui river city belt. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic status quo of Anhui River urban belt, summarizes its advantages in undertaking industrial transfer and the problems in the process of construction. On this basis, this paper analyzes the relevant economic theory and financial theory, and clarifies the role and mechanism of financial support to regional construction. Then, the paper studies the present situation of financial development in the urban belt of Wanjiang River with quantitative method, and compares it with the Pearl River Delta. In addition, the financial ecological environment of 10 cities in the urban belt of Wanjiang River is ranked by factor analysis. Find out the factors that constrain the financial development of Wanjiang city belt, and put forward the reasons of restricting the financial development. In the selection of indicators, using the indicators reflecting the relationship between the level of financial development and economic growth, through the ADF unit root test, cointegration test Granger causality test method, empirical analysis of the causal relationship between financial development and economic growth in the urban belt of Anhui River. The error correction model is used to analyze the effect of financial development level index on economic growth in the short and long term. Secondly, through the case of regional finance supporting economic growth at home and abroad, it can be used as a reference for the financial support of economic growth in Anhui River urban belt. Finally, the paper puts forward relevant financial support suggestions in order to speed up the economic construction of Anhui River urban belt, improve its pull on the mature industries to be transferred in developed regions, and better promote the upgrading and optimization of the industrial structure of Anhui River urban belt. There is a one-way causal relationship between financial development and economic growth in the urban belt of Anhui River. Financial development is the Granger cause of promoting economic growth and belongs to the "supply-oriented" mode in the early stage of economic development. It is not the Granger cause of financial development or two-way causality, but also the negative correlation between financial correlation rate and economic growth in the urban belt of Anhui River. It is proposed to expand the business network of the financial institutions in Wanjiang City, perfect the banking financial institution system, innovate the financing products of the securities market, expand the channels of capital financing, and rationally allocate financial resources. Suggest appropriate policy preferences for quality key projects that can drive economic growth.
