我國城鎮(zhèn)居民個人理財業(yè)務需求影響因素研究

【摘要】:近年來,伴隨著社會經(jīng)濟的快速增長及我國住房、醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老保險及教育體制改革的逐漸推行,我國城鎮(zhèn)居民個人收入得到持續(xù)增長,居民家庭金融資產(chǎn)逐漸增多。隨著各類金融機構理財業(yè)務的開展,居民理財觀念正在迅速變化,越來越多的城鎮(zhèn)居民愿意接受銀行開展的理財服務,居民投資理財需求逐漸增強,商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務潛在市場巨大。鑒于個人理財業(yè)務在中國尚處于初級發(fā)展階段,理財產(chǎn)品和理財服務存在一些問題,文章從客戶理財需求的角度出發(fā),探討城鎮(zhèn)居民理財業(yè)務存在問題,通過實證方法分析城鎮(zhèn)居民理財需求影響因素,有針對性的提出城鎮(zhèn)居民理財業(yè)務發(fā)展對策建議。 文章由六部分組成: 第一章,導論。闡述了研究背景、研究目的和意義、國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)、研究思路方法與可能創(chuàng)新之處,并評述了國內(nèi)外關于個人理財業(yè)務問題的研究動態(tài)。 第二章,相關理論基礎。對個人理財業(yè)務的定義、分類、內(nèi)容、相關理論及理財業(yè)務需求的相關影響因素進行分析。 第三章,發(fā)達國家和地區(qū)理財業(yè)務發(fā)展與啟示。著重從理財需求發(fā)展的角度和滿足的程度分析發(fā)達國家和地區(qū)個人理財業(yè)務,提出對我國商業(yè)銀行開展理財業(yè)務的啟示。 第四章,城鎮(zhèn)居民理財需求分析及存在的問題。對我國城鎮(zhèn)居民理財需求環(huán)境、需求主體與需求動機進行分析,最后分析我國城鎮(zhèn)居民個人理財業(yè)務發(fā)展中的問題。 第五章,城鎮(zhèn)居民個人理財需求影響因素實證分析。通過問卷調(diào)查獲得的數(shù)據(jù),以重慶市為例,對影響城鎮(zhèn)居民個人理財需求的因素進行分析,實證分析各個因素對居民理財需求的影響程度。 第六章,我國城鎮(zhèn)居民個人理財業(yè)務發(fā)展對策建議。針對實證結論,提出銀行應在基于客戶需求基礎上開展理財業(yè)務的建議。 論文認為,影響居民理財需求的各種因素的重要性和影響程度有明顯差異。首先,居民理財需求的影響主要來自個人所處生命周期階段及居民所處環(huán)境。其次,銀行業(yè)務辦理的方式(理財服務模式)、銀行工作人員的態(tài)度、銀行工作人員專業(yè)化程度、銀行實力、居民性別與居民風險偏好屬性對居民理財需求的選擇有較顯著的影響。再次,同期存款利率的高低、理財產(chǎn)品本身的風險屬性、產(chǎn)品收益及理財產(chǎn)品的起始金額對居民選擇理財有輕微影響。最后,居民對產(chǎn)品的風險認知狀況、理財產(chǎn)品的期限、銀行環(huán)境設備對居有民選擇理財產(chǎn)品的影響不明顯。 通過分析,,提出了創(chuàng)建良好的外部環(huán)境;完善客戶關系管理體系,促進市場細分;轉變服務理念,加強理財渠道建設;強化人才培養(yǎng),加強品牌建設;注重產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和創(chuàng)新等建議,以期為我國城鎮(zhèn)居民個人理財業(yè)務發(fā)展提供有意義的參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of social economy and the gradual implementation of housing, medical, old-age insurance and education system reform, the personal income of urban residents in China has been continuously increased, and the financial assets of households have gradually increased. With the development of financial management business in various financial institutions, the concept of financial management of residents is changing rapidly. More and more urban residents are willing to accept the financial services developed by banks, and the demand for investment and financial management is gradually increasing. Commercial bank personal finance business potential market is huge. In view of the fact that personal finance business is still in the primary stage of development in China, there are some problems in financial products and financial services. This paper discusses the problems existing in the financial management business of urban residents from the point of view of the financial needs of customers. Through the empirical analysis of urban residents' financial needs, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of urban residents' financial management business. The article consists of six parts: chapter one, introduction. This paper expounds the research background, research purpose and significance, domestic and international research trends, research methods and possible innovations, and reviews the domestic and foreign research trends on personal finance business issues. The second chapter, related theory foundation. This paper analyzes the definition, classification, content, relevant theory and related factors of financial business demand. The third chapter, developed countries and regional financial services development and inspiration. From the point of view of the development of financial needs and the degree of satisfaction, this paper analyzes the personal finance business in developed countries and regions, and puts forward the enlightenment to the development of financial management business of commercial banks in China. The fourth chapter, the urban residents financial needs analysis and existing problems. This paper analyzes the demand environment, the demand subject and the demand motivation of the urban residents in China, and finally analyzes the problems in the development of the personal finance business of the urban residents in our country. The fifth chapter, the urban residents personal financial needs impact factors empirical analysis. Taking Chongqing as an example, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the demand for personal financial management of urban residents, and empirically analyzes the influence degree of each factor on the demand of residents' financial management. The sixth chapter, our country town resident personal finance business development countermeasure suggestion. In view of the empirical conclusion, the paper puts forward the suggestion that banks should carry out financial management business on the basis of customer demand. The paper holds that there are obvious differences in the importance and influence degree of various factors affecting residents' financial needs. First of all, the impact of residents' financial needs mainly comes from the individual life cycle stage and the residents' environment. Secondly, the way the banking business is handled (financial management service model), the attitude of the bank staff, the degree of specialization of the bank staff, the strength of the bank, Gender and risk preference attributes have a significant impact on the choice of residents' financial needs. Thirdly, the level of deposit interest rate, the risk attribute of wealth management product itself, the income of product and the initial amount of financial product have a slight influence on residents' choice of financial management. Finally, the impact of residents' risk cognition, financial product duration and banking environmental equipment on the choice of financial products is not obvious. Through the analysis, the author puts forward to create a good external environment, perfect customer relationship management system, promote market segmentation, change the concept of service, strengthen the construction of financial channels, strengthen talent training, strengthen brand building; The suggestions of product research and development and innovation are expected to provide a meaningful reference for the development of personal finance business of urban residents in China.
