【摘要】：面對"百年一遇"的金融危機,"非常規(guī)性貨幣政策"成為了學界、業(yè)界關注的熱點。深入分析非常規(guī)性貨幣政策實施的背景和特征,探討提高非常規(guī)性貨幣政策有效性的重要途徑,對于促進經(jīng)濟的平穩(wěn)復蘇,最終實現(xiàn)非常規(guī)性貨幣政策的合理退出,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
