【摘要】：私人股權(quán)投資已經(jīng)成為近幾年資本市場(chǎng)上最具爭(zhēng)議的投資明星,然而在本輪?wèn)|亞地區(qū)尤其是中國(guó)的私人股權(quán)投資的熱潮中,并非所有的私人股權(quán)基金都取得了滿意的業(yè)績(jī)。利用來(lái)自Private Equity Intelligence的基金業(yè)績(jī)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)目前投資于中國(guó)及周邊地區(qū)的私人股權(quán)基金的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,研究影響私人股權(quán)基金業(yè)績(jī)的主要因素,并對(duì)其中的因素之——投資期和退出期的劃分情況進(jìn)行確定。
[Abstract]:Private equity investment has become the most controversial investment star in the capital market in recent years, but not all private equity funds have achieved satisfactory results in the current wave of private equity investment in East Asia, especially in China. Based on the fund performance data from Private Equity Intelligence, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the performance of private equity funds investing in China and its surrounding areas, and studies the main factors that affect the performance of private equity funds. And to one of the factors-investment period and withdrawal period to determine the division.
