【摘要】：中國(guó)成功入世以后,銀行業(yè)作為我國(guó)金融業(yè)的主要機(jī)構(gòu)在面臨機(jī)遇的同時(shí)也面臨著諸多的挑戰(zhàn),由于銀行也本身的所具備的特點(diǎn)并不能夠非常有效的應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際環(huán)境加給我國(guó)銀行業(yè)的挑戰(zhàn),因此,銀行監(jiān)管作為保證銀行業(yè)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量就變得必不可少,這同時(shí)也是給銀行監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)是否能夠有效地維護(hù)好銀行的有序發(fā)展和在提高銀行業(yè)在國(guó)際中的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力給予的一次考驗(yàn)。筆者就是通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)銀行業(yè)監(jiān)管的有效性方面分析,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建出了評(píng)判銀行監(jiān)管的指標(biāo)體系來(lái)對(duì)我國(guó)銀行監(jiān)管的有效性做實(shí)證分析,本文得出的結(jié)果是,目前,我國(guó)銀行業(yè)監(jiān)管的有效性仍然落后,并嘗試性的找出了影響銀行監(jiān)管有效性的因素,并針對(duì)性的從提高監(jiān)管當(dāng)局的監(jiān)管能力、增強(qiáng)被監(jiān)管者的內(nèi)部控制能力和努力構(gòu)造和諧的銀行監(jiān)管環(huán)境等方面提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:After China's successful accession to the WTO, the banking industry, as the main institution of China's financial industry, is facing many challenges as well as opportunities. Since the banks themselves do not have the characteristics to deal with the challenges posed by the international environment to China's banking industry, banking supervision, as the backbone of ensuring the steady development of the banking industry, has become indispensable. At the same time, it is a test whether the bank supervisor can effectively maintain the orderly development of the bank and improve the competitiveness of the banking industry in the international market. Through the analysis of the effectiveness of banking supervision in China, the author constructs an index system to judge the effectiveness of banking supervision in China. The result of this paper is, at present, The effectiveness of banking supervision in China is still lagging behind, and try to find out the factors that affect the effectiveness of banking supervision, and improve the regulatory capacity of the regulatory authorities. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the internal control ability of the supervisors and to construct a harmonious banking regulatory environment.
