ZX銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控策略研究

【摘要】:信貸業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)于我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展起到至關(guān)重要的作用,商業(yè)銀行的收入有一半以上是通過(guò)貸款利息收入實(shí)現(xiàn)的。同時(shí),在于貸款客戶(hù)溝通過(guò)程中,加深了銀行與客戶(hù)之間的聯(lián)系,幫助于銀行在其他業(yè)務(wù)方面得以拓展,提高銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。信貸業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)于銀行的綜合貢獻(xiàn)度如此之大,提高信貸資產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量降低信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更是重中之重。然而,影響信貸質(zhì)量的因素也有很多,既有外部因素的影響也有銀行自身的原因。銀行為實(shí)現(xiàn)其經(jīng)濟(jì)效益目標(biāo)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,加強(qiáng)信貸管理是極其必要也是至關(guān)重要的手段。 本文從銀行的角度,結(jié)合本人的實(shí)際工作,對(duì)ZX銀行信貸的管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析研究。第一,闡述了選題的背景和意義并案例進(jìn)行了描述。第二,介紹了信貸管理中涉及的相關(guān)的理論,提出了問(wèn)題研究的必要性。第三,重點(diǎn)對(duì)ZX銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因及管控現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析研究。最后運(yùn)用定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合、綜合分析、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際等研究方法,提出了優(yōu)化信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控的對(duì)策和建議。 隨著現(xiàn)在銀行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日趨激烈和信貸業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展,ZX銀行現(xiàn)行信貸管理體制不能完全適應(yīng)當(dāng)前信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展實(shí)際,提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力完善現(xiàn)有的信貸管理體制是十分必要的。本文結(jié)合ZX銀行信貸管理現(xiàn)狀,希望通過(guò)對(duì)ZX銀行存在問(wèn)題和對(duì)策的研究,為ZX銀行信貸體制、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)體制的進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化改造實(shí)踐和ZX銀行信貸管理水平的提高提供有參考價(jià)值的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Credit business plays a vital role in the management and development of commercial banks in China. More than half of the income of commercial banks is realized through interest income on loans. At the same time, in the process of loan customer communication, it deepens the relationship between banks and customers, helps banks to expand in other aspects of business, and improves the competitiveness of banks. The comprehensive contribution of credit business to banks is so great that it is important to improve the quality of credit assets and reduce credit risk. However, there are many factors affecting credit quality, both external factors and banks themselves. In order to realize the healthy and stable development of economic benefits, it is necessary and important for banks to strengthen credit management. In this paper, from the perspective of the bank, combined with my actual work, ZX bank credit management status is analyzed and studied. First, the background and significance of the topic are expounded and the case is described. Secondly, it introduces the related theories in credit management, and points out the necessity of research. Thirdly, it analyzes the causes of credit risk and the current situation of management and control in ZX Bank. Finally, by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, comprehensive analysis, combining theory with practice and other research methods, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing credit risk management. With the increasingly fierce competition in the banking market and the continuous development of credit business, the current credit management system of ZX Bank can not fully adapt to the actual development of current credit business. It is necessary to improve the risk management ability and improve the existing credit management system. According to the present situation of credit management in ZX Bank, this paper hopes to study the existing problems and countermeasures of ZX Bank, so as to study the credit system of ZX Bank. The practice of further optimization and reform of risk system and the improvement of credit management level of ZX Bank provide valuable countermeasures and suggestions.
