【摘要】：目前中越兩國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技、旅游、文教等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的合作不斷發(fā)展，相互信賴逐步增長(zhǎng)，友好合作關(guān)系日益鞏固和擴(kuò)展。尤其是1999年兩國(guó)元首簽署了《聯(lián)合聲明》，把“長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定、面向未來(lái)、睦鄰友好、全面合作”的“十六字方針”作為發(fā)展21世紀(jì)的中越兩國(guó)關(guān)系方針，兩國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化等各個(gè)方面的關(guān)系得到了全面的發(fā)展。當(dāng)前，中越關(guān)系正處在良好的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭上，兩國(guó)把相互關(guān)系定位為“好鄰居、好朋友、好伙伴”和“好同志”的“四好”關(guān)系。良好的政治關(guān)系為兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，，在兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不斷推動(dòng)越中全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系發(fā)展的形勢(shì)下越中兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系也不斷加強(qiáng)。 20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái)國(guó)際直接投資在國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系中的重要性不斷增強(qiáng)。無(wú)論發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是發(fā)展中國(guó)家，從發(fā)展對(duì)外貿(mào)易到進(jìn)行對(duì)外直接投資都是發(fā)展本國(guó)的重要方式。作為發(fā)展中國(guó)家的越南在加入世界貿(mào)易組織之后，吸引外商直接投資包括中國(guó)直接投資，對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展更有意義。 本論文依據(jù)外商直接投資的理論及越南利用中國(guó)直接投資狀況，分析越南利用中國(guó)直接投資在其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的績(jī)效，得出我國(guó)利用中國(guó)直接投資的啟示與戰(zhàn)略的如何調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:At present, the cooperation between China and Vietnam in the fields of politics, economy, science and technology, tourism, culture and education, and so on, is constantly developing, mutual trust is gradually increasing, and friendly and cooperative relations are being consolidated and expanded day by day. In particular, in 1999, the heads of state of the two countries signed the Joint Declaration, taking the "16-character policy" of "long-term stability, future-oriented, good-neighborly, friendly, and all-round cooperation" as the policy of developing Sino-Vietnamese relations in the 21st century. The two countries are in politics. The relationship between economy and culture has been developed in an all-round way. At present, Sino-Vietnamese relations are in a good momentum of development, and the two countries have defined their relations as "good neighbors, good friends, good partners" and "good comrades". Good political relations have laid a solid foundation for the development of economic and trade relations between the two countries. With the leaders of the two countries pushing forward the development of the comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership between the two countries, the economic and trade relations between the two countries have also been strengthened, and the importance of international direct investment in international economic relations has been increasing since the 1980s. Both developed and developing countries, from the development of foreign trade to foreign direct investment are important ways to develop their own countries. Vietnam, as a developing country, after joining WTO, attracts FDI, including Chinese direct investment, which is more significant to promote the economic development of our country. Based on the theory of foreign direct investment (FDI) and the situation of Vietnam's utilization of China's direct investment, this paper analyzes the performance of Vietnam's utilization of China's direct investment in its economic development, and draws the enlightenment of China's utilization of China's direct investment and how to adjust its strategy.
