【摘要】：自1978年以來,改革開放政策已經(jīng)實(shí)施了有三分之一個(gè)世紀(jì),這期間我國外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,并對(duì)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛起到了至關(guān)重要的作用,成為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的引擎。但在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)呈現(xiàn)出高速發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)的同時(shí),收入分配問題也越來越突出,過大的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距不僅有礙于國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,同時(shí)還會(huì)威脅到社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。因此,適時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變我國外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式、加快收入分配改革就顯得尤為必要。本文從理論和實(shí)證兩個(gè)方面分析了外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)我國城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響。理論分析可知外商直接投資主要是通過產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、區(qū)位選擇、全要素生產(chǎn)率等渠道來影響我國的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距;對(duì)外貿(mào)易主要是通過要素價(jià)格機(jī)制、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、全要素生產(chǎn)率等渠道來影響我國的城鄉(xiāng)收入分配。實(shí)證結(jié)論主要有以下三點(diǎn):第一,從全國和分區(qū)域兩個(gè)層面來看,城鄉(xiāng)收入差距均存在較為明顯的空間依賴性;第二,在全國層面,外商直接投資和對(duì)外貿(mào)易均會(huì)導(dǎo)致城鄉(xiāng)收入差距擴(kuò)大;第三,分區(qū)域來看,FDI、對(duì)外貿(mào)易對(duì)東部地區(qū)的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距擴(kuò)大起到促進(jìn)作用,FDI、對(duì)外貿(mào)易對(duì)西部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的縮小均起到促進(jìn)作用,FDI對(duì)中部地區(qū)的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響不顯著,但對(duì)外貿(mào)易對(duì)中西部地區(qū)的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距有緩解作用。之后,結(jié)合上述分析,就如何提高外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展效益、轉(zhuǎn)變外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式來改善城鄉(xiāng)收入差距提出相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1978, the policy of reform and opening up has been implemented for a third century. During this period, China's export-oriented economy has developed rapidly and played a vital role in the development of China's economy, which has become the engine of China's economic growth. However, with the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the problem of income distribution is becoming more and more prominent. The excessive urban-rural income gap not only hinders the sustainable and healthy development of the national economy, but also threatens the stable operation of the society. Therefore, it is necessary to change the mode of export-oriented economy development and accelerate the reform of income distribution. This paper analyzes the effects of export-oriented economy on the income gap between urban and rural areas in China from both theoretical and empirical aspects. The theoretical analysis shows that FDI mainly influences the income gap between urban and rural areas through industrial structure, employment structure, location choice, total factor productivity, etc. Foreign trade is mainly through factor price mechanism, industrial structure, etc. Employment structure, total factor productivity and other channels affect urban and rural income distribution in China. The empirical results are as follows: first, from the national and subregional levels, the urban-rural income gap has significant spatial dependence; second, at the national level, Both foreign direct investment and foreign trade will lead to a widening income gap between urban and rural areas. Third, From a sub-regional point of view, foreign trade plays an important role in promoting the widening of urban-rural income gap in the eastern part of China. Foreign trade plays a positive role in narrowing the urban-rural income gap in the western region. FDI has no significant impact on the urban-rural income gap in the central region. However, foreign trade has alleviated the income gap between urban and rural areas in the central and western regions. Then, based on the above analysis, some policy suggestions are put forward to improve the income gap between urban and rural areas by improving the benefit of export-oriented economy and changing the mode of export-oriented economic development.
