【摘要】:目前,我國商業(yè)銀行開始追求“以客戶為中心”的營銷理念,個人理財業(yè)務便逐步成為增強客戶忠誠度、提高銀行競爭力的一個有效手段,是商業(yè)銀行面對利率市場化后一個有效增加收入的利器,更成為商業(yè)銀行在市場競爭中立于不敗之地的法寶。如今西方國家的個人理財業(yè)務已經(jīng)進入成熟階段,我國商業(yè)銀行也越來越重視個人理財業(yè)務的發(fā)展,農(nóng)村信用社作為農(nóng)村金融的主力軍也開始利用個人理財業(yè)務的優(yōu)勢來發(fā)展壯大自身的力量。同國內(nèi)其他商業(yè)銀行相比,我國農(nóng)村信用社存在業(yè)務種類單一、信用風險大等限制性因素,尤其在開展個人理財業(yè)務上更凸顯出更多的問題。甘肅農(nóng)村信用社作為其中一員,也不可避免的存在許多需要解決的問題。本文首先描述了當前國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行理財產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展情況,并分析了甘肅農(nóng)村信用社發(fā)展個人理財業(yè)務的的必要性及可行性,在此基礎上重點對其發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進行了研究,并提出一些可行性對策。旨在充分發(fā)揮甘肅農(nóng)村信用社在農(nóng)村市場的主導地位及在城市市場中占一席之地的優(yōu)勢,從而創(chuàng)新個人理財產(chǎn)品業(yè)務,實現(xiàn)增加居民收入來源及壯大自身力量的雙贏局面。
[Abstract]:At present, the commercial banks of our country begin to pursue the "customer-centered" marketing concept, and personal finance business has gradually become an effective means to enhance customer loyalty and enhance the competitiveness of banks. It is a powerful weapon for commercial banks to increase their income effectively in the face of interest rate marketization, and it also becomes a magic weapon for commercial banks to be invincible in the market competition. Nowadays, the business of personal finance in western countries has entered a mature stage, and commercial banks in our country are paying more and more attention to the development of personal finance business. Rural credit cooperatives as the main force of rural finance also began to use the advantages of personal finance to develop their own strength. Compared with other commercial banks in China, the rural credit cooperatives of our country have many restrictive factors, such as the single type of business and the large credit risk, especially in the development of personal finance business more prominent problems. As one of the members, Gansu Rural Credit Cooperative inevitably has many problems to be solved. This paper first describes the development of financial products of commercial banks at home and abroad, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the development of personal finance business in Gansu Rural Credit Cooperatives. On this basis, the present situation and existing problems of its development are studied, and some feasible countermeasures are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to give full play to the dominant position of Gansu Rural Credit Cooperatives in the rural market and their advantages in the urban market so as to innovate the business of personal financial products and realize the win-win situation of increasing residents' income sources and strengthening their own strength.
