【摘要】：公益風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資向"社會(huì)目標(biāo)組織"①提供基于績效的發(fā)展融資和專業(yè)服務(wù),以擴(kuò)大組織的社會(huì)影響,這一高度參與的伙伴關(guān)系戰(zhàn)略同商業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資為公司贏得商業(yè)價(jià)值有著異曲同工之處。文章認(rèn)為,歐洲的公益風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資與私募股權(quán)投資和商業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資關(guān)系緊密,能夠影響歐洲金融服務(wù)業(yè)主要競爭者的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任感,一些在私募股權(quán)投資方面事業(yè)有成的慈善家也創(chuàng)立了新的公益風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資基金。文章還指出,在中東歐、波羅的海諸國和前蘇聯(lián)的轉(zhuǎn)軌國家,社會(huì)部門大多無法滿足當(dāng)今社會(huì)的需求。
[Abstract]:Public interest venture capital provides performance-based development finance and professional services to the Social Target Organization1 in order to increase the social impact of the organization, This highly participatory partnership strategy is similar to business venture capital in winning business value for the company. The article holds that the public interest venture capital in Europe is closely related to private equity investment and commercial venture capital, and it can influence the corporate social responsibility of the main competitors in European financial services industry. Some philanthropists with successful private-equity careers have also created new public-equity venture capital funds. The article also points out that in central and eastern Europe, the Baltic states and the transition countries of the former Soviet Union, the social sectors are mostly unable to meet the needs of today's society.
