【摘要】：中小企業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)最為重要的組成部分,為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定起著重要作用。自從90年代中期以來(lái),我國(guó)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,在促進(jìn)科技創(chuàng)新,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮巨大作用。但是,由于中小企業(yè)自身的一些缺陷以及我國(guó)政治政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)制度等因素的制約,中小企業(yè)面臨嚴(yán)重的融資困境,極大的限制了中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)中小企業(yè)融資問(wèn)題的研究具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先介紹了研究背景及意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于中小企業(yè)融資的最新研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。其次,簡(jiǎn)單概括了博弈論的相關(guān)知識(shí),建立了銀企博弈的兩個(gè)基本模型,并且引入信號(hào)傳遞博弈模型,分析其均衡情況,得出導(dǎo)致中小企業(yè)融資難的重要原因是信息不對(duì)稱。隨后進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn)相較信息不對(duì)稱,不確定性才是影響中小企業(yè)融資難的根本原因。通過(guò)分析,得出在連續(xù)時(shí)間下企業(yè)預(yù)期現(xiàn)金流與企業(yè)收入增長(zhǎng)率的波動(dòng)率成正比,與企業(yè)的不確定性成本數(shù)量成反比。在離散時(shí)間下企業(yè)的不確定性大小決定了變量的收斂速度;當(dāng)企業(yè)資本投入的不確定性固定時(shí),企業(yè)的投資價(jià)值將隨著現(xiàn)金流比率即收益不確定性的增加而增加。針對(duì)企業(yè)的投資時(shí)機(jī)得到銀行對(duì)企業(yè)是否發(fā)放貸款的觸發(fā)點(diǎn)。最后綜合前面的分析,提出改善中小企業(yè)融資困境的途徑和方法。
[Abstract]:As the most important part of our national economy, SMEs play an important role in promoting economic development and maintaining social stability. Since the middle of 1990s, the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have developed rapidly, which plays an important role in promoting scientific and technological innovation, optimizing industrial structure and promoting economic development. However, due to some defects of SMEs and the restriction of political policy and economic system of our country, SMEs are faced with serious financing difficulties, which greatly limit the development of SMEs. Therefore, the research on the financing of SMEs has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper first introduces the research background and significance, and summarizes the latest research results of SMEs financing at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper briefly summarizes the relevant knowledge of game theory, establishes two basic models of bank-enterprise game, and introduces the signaling game model to analyze its equilibrium. It is concluded that the important reason leading to the difficulty of SME financing is information asymmetry. Then it is found that compared with asymmetric information, uncertainty is the root cause of SMEs' financing difficulties. Through analysis, it is concluded that the expected cash flow is in direct proportion to the volatility of the growth rate of enterprise income and the amount of uncertain cost is inversely proportional to the amount of uncertain cost. When the uncertainty of the firm capital input is fixed, the investment value of the firm will increase with the increase of the cash flow ratio, that is, the uncertainty of the return. According to the investment opportunity of the enterprise, the trigger point of whether the bank makes the loan to the enterprise or not. Finally, synthesizing the previous analysis, the paper puts forward the ways and methods to improve the financing predicament of small and medium-sized enterprises.
