【摘要】：隨著世界金融環(huán)境發(fā)生日益復(fù)雜的變化，我國(guó)金融體制改革也在逐步深入，投資銀行作為金融市場(chǎng)的中堅(jiān)力量，在國(guó)際金融市場(chǎng)上發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。投資銀行是證券和股份公司制度發(fā)展到特定階段的產(chǎn)物，經(jīng)過數(shù)百年的發(fā)展，投資銀行已成為金融體系的一個(gè)重要組成部分，是資本市場(chǎng)的核心，是連接宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)決策與微觀企業(yè)行為的樞紐。而我國(guó)投資銀行的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展尚仍屬于起步階段，其在業(yè)務(wù)開展過程中顯示出許多問題，較西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家尚有差距。 本文是基于混業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)成為投資銀行發(fā)展模式的趨勢(shì)背影而展開深入的研究，首先，詳細(xì)介紹了投資銀行的發(fā)展歷程、涵義、業(yè)務(wù)、全面地比較了投資銀行與商業(yè)銀行，分別闡述投資銀行分業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展模式和混業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展模式，并對(duì)兩者的利弊進(jìn)行了比較；其次，介紹了美國(guó)、英國(guó)、日本投資銀行發(fā)展模式的演進(jìn)，并以我國(guó)投資銀行的起源作為分析的起點(diǎn)，對(duì)我國(guó)投資銀行發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題及我國(guó)投資銀行的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了闡述，在中外投資銀行發(fā)展模式對(duì)比分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出幾點(diǎn)國(guó)外投行發(fā)展模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。然后，運(yùn)用金融學(xué)和管理學(xué)知識(shí)并結(jié)合當(dāng)下后危機(jī)時(shí)代的背景，分析了美國(guó)投資銀行與產(chǎn)生此次金融危機(jī)的深層次根源，在危機(jī)的背后反思美國(guó)投資銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)模式下所產(chǎn)生的一系列問題的原因，在汲取美國(guó)投資銀行發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)的同時(shí)概括了后危機(jī)時(shí)代對(duì)中國(guó)投資銀行發(fā)展模式選擇的啟示；最后，在總結(jié)前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上，為我國(guó)投資銀行發(fā)展模式的戰(zhàn)略選擇提出相關(guān)建議。 文中的研究主要運(yùn)用了歸納、比較的分析方法，在很多現(xiàn)有投資銀行發(fā)展模式研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，，運(yùn)用案例研究方法，研究了國(guó)外較為全面且有代表性的投資銀行的發(fā)展模式，對(duì)中外投資銀行發(fā)展模式的選擇進(jìn)行了比較。并且力圖通過對(duì)國(guó)際金融危機(jī)前與危機(jī)后的美國(guó)投資銀行發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行對(duì)比思考，為我國(guó)投資銀行在后危機(jī)時(shí)代發(fā)展模式的戰(zhàn)略選擇上起到啟示作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly complex changes in the world financial environment, the reform of China's financial system is also gradually deepening. Investment banks, as the backbone of the financial market, are playing an increasingly important role in the international financial market. Investment banking is the product of the development of the securities and joint-stock company system to a specific stage. After hundreds of years of development, investment banking has become an important part of the financial system and the core of the capital market. It is a key link between macro-economic decision-making and micro-enterprise behavior. However, the development of investment banking in China is still in its infancy, and it shows many problems in the process of business development, which is still far behind that of western developed countries. This paper is based on the trend that mixed operation has become the development mode of investment bank. Firstly, it introduces the development course, meaning, business of investment bank in detail, and compares investment bank with commercial bank in an all-round way. This paper expounds the development mode of separate operation and mixed operation of investment bank, and compares their advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, it introduces the evolution of the development mode of investment bank in the United States, Britain and Japan. Taking the origin of China's investment bank as the starting point, this paper expounds the present situation, existing problems and the development mode of China's investment bank, on the basis of comparative analysis of the development models of Chinese and foreign investment banks. Put forward a few foreign investment bank development model of experience. Then, using the knowledge of finance and management and combining the background of the current post-crisis era, this paper analyzes the deep roots of the American investment bank and the financial crisis. In the background of the crisis, the author reflects on the causes of a series of problems arising from the operation mode of the American investment bank, and summarizes the enlightenment of the post-crisis era on the choice of the development mode of the Chinese investment bank while learning the experience and lessons of the development of the American investment bank. Finally, on the basis of summing up the previous research, some suggestions are put forward for the strategic choice of the development mode of China's investment banks. The research in this paper mainly uses the inductive and comparative analysis methods, on the basis of many existing investment bank development model research results, using the case study method, has studied the foreign relatively comprehensive and representative investment bank development pattern. The choice of development mode of Chinese and foreign investment banks is compared. And try to compare the development mode of American investment bank before the international financial crisis and after the crisis, so as to enlighten our country's investment bank in the strategic choice of the development mode in the post-crisis era.
