中國建設(shè)銀行佳木斯分行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:隨著佳木斯居民財富的日益增長,個人理財服務(wù)的需求越來越大,對金融機(jī)構(gòu)提供的個人理財服務(wù)感興趣,個人理財業(yè)務(wù)在佳木斯市有很大的增長空間對佳木斯市普通市民來說,財產(chǎn)的增值方式非常有限,同時普遍缺乏與個人理財相關(guān)的知識當(dāng)前佳木斯各大商業(yè)銀行的業(yè)務(wù)收入仍以存貸款利息差為主,但這種單一模式的盈利空間日益萎縮考慮到佳木斯市場的規(guī)模,很難有更大的拓展空間,中間業(yè)務(wù)逐漸受到各商業(yè)銀行的重視,非利息收入業(yè)務(wù)也已經(jīng)有了很大的發(fā)展而個人理財業(yè)務(wù)還處于剛剛起步的階段,但是潛在的市場非常大,佳木斯市各商業(yè)銀行間個人理財業(yè)務(wù)出現(xiàn)激烈的競爭,同時來自證券公司,保險公司等金融機(jī)構(gòu)的競爭壓力也日益明顯 本文對建設(shè)銀行佳木斯分行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)開展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,利用SWOT分析方法,指出了建設(shè)銀行佳木斯分行在開辦個人理財業(yè)務(wù)方面的優(yōu)勢劣勢機(jī)會和威脅,在此基礎(chǔ)上揭示了建設(shè)銀行佳木斯分行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)存在的問題,進(jìn)而在制度建立市場營銷業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)品牌推廣等方面提出相應(yīng)的建議,,以期為建設(shè)銀行佳木斯分行增強(qiáng)個人理財業(yè)務(wù)競爭力提供有益的幫助
[Abstract]:With the increasing wealth of the residents in Jiamusi, the demand for personal financial services is becoming more and more large, and the personal financial services provided by financial institutions are interested. There is a lot of growth space for personal financial services in Jiamusi. For ordinary citizens of Jiamusi, the way of increasing the value of property is very limited. At the same time, there is a general lack of personal financial management. At present, the business income of the major commercial banks in Jiamusi is still dominated by the interest difference of deposit and loan. However, the shrinking profit space of this single mode is taking into account the scale of the Jiamusi market, it is difficult to have greater expansion space, the intermediary business is gradually paid attention to by the commercial banks, and the non interest income business has also been greatly developed. The personal financial business is still in the beginning stage, but the potential market is very big. There is fierce competition among the commercial banks in Jiamusi. At the same time, the pressure of competition from financial institutions such as securities companies and insurance companies is becoming more and more obvious.
This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of personal financial services in Jiamusi branch of the Construction Bank, and uses the SWOT analysis method to point out the opportunities and threats of the advantages and disadvantages of the Jiamusi branch of the Construction Bank in setting up personal financial services, and on this basis reveals the problems existing in the personal financial services of the Jiamusi branch of the Construction Bank. In order to provide beneficial help for the construction of Jiamusi branch of Construction Bank to enhance the competitiveness of personal financial services, some suggestions have been put forward in the system of establishing marketing business innovative talents and promoting brand promotion.
