【摘要】：金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的關(guān)系一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究和關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平相適應(yīng)的金融體系的構(gòu)建對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有良好的促進(jìn)作用,同時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)也會(huì)反過來促進(jìn)金融的進(jìn)一步提升,從而使兩者產(chǎn)生加速進(jìn)步的效果。反之,則亦然。 農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的重要組成部分,農(nóng)業(yè)是關(guān)系國(guó)計(jì)民生的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),農(nóng)民生活水平能否提高是真正向小康社會(huì)邁進(jìn)的瓶頸。與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)相適應(yīng)的農(nóng)村金融體系的構(gòu)建對(duì)于促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,進(jìn)而解決“三農(nóng)”問題具有十分重要的意義。自改革開放以來,農(nóng)村金融快速發(fā)展,對(duì)推動(dòng)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了重要作用。但是,由于“三農(nóng)”的特殊性和農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的國(guó)家色彩,農(nóng)村金融體系并沒有真正滿足農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,反而一定程度上成為農(nóng)村“血液”流失的幫兇。因此,構(gòu)建一個(gè)完善且適宜于農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)體系,是解決農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融良性互動(dòng)的關(guān)鍵所在。 寧夏是我國(guó)農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展比較成功的省區(qū),本文在對(duì)農(nóng)村金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行歸納陳述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)寧夏農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)互動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,并進(jìn)而探析其形成互促的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式,最后提出了進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)寧夏農(nóng)村金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)的問題與對(duì)策。由于大多數(shù)關(guān)于金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)的研究都停留在實(shí)證分析和問題對(duì)策分析上,而對(duì)其具體實(shí)現(xiàn)形式則很少談及,因此對(duì)作為農(nóng)村金融先行試范區(qū)的寧夏進(jìn)行研究,具有重要的理論與實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:The relationship between finance and economy has been the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. The construction of financial system corresponding to the level of economic development plays a good role in promoting economic growth, and the economic growth will in turn promote the further improvement of finance, thus making both of them produce the effect of accelerating progress. Vice versa, the same is true. Rural economy is an important part of our country's economic system, agriculture is the basic industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood, whether the farmers' living standard can be improved is the bottleneck to the well-off society. The construction of rural financial system suitable for rural economy is of great significance for promoting the development of rural economy and solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of rural finance has played an important role in promoting rural economic development. However, due to the particularity of "three rural areas" and the national color of rural financial development, the rural financial system does not really meet the needs of rural economic development, but to a certain extent has become an accomplice to the loss of "blood" in rural areas. Therefore, constructing a perfect and suitable rural financial service system for rural economic development is the key to solve the problem of rural economic growth and then realize the positive interaction between economy and finance. Ningxia is one of the most successful provinces in rural finance development in China. Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis of rural financial and economic development, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the interactive relationship between rural economic development and economic growth in Ningxia. Finally, the paper puts forward some problems and countermeasures to further promote the interaction between rural finance and economy in Ningxia. Since most of the studies on the interaction between finance and economy are focused on empirical analysis and problem countermeasure analysis, but little on its specific realization form, Ningxia, as a pilot area for rural finance, is studied. It has important theoretical and practical significance.
