【摘要】：近年來，我國中小企業(yè)發(fā)展勢頭迅猛，在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。但中小企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中也遇到了諸多問題，比如融資難問題就一直制約著中小企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展和壯大。為解決這些問題，政府出臺了諸多政策，例如鼓勵銀行對中小企業(yè)貸款予以傾斜，人民銀行也對各家銀行中小企業(yè)投放貸款比例進(jìn)行了規(guī)定，但收效甚微。 作者以自身在建設(shè)銀行近10年的實踐經(jīng)驗，根據(jù)MBA課程中所學(xué)到的理論知識和研究方法，基于國內(nèi)外已有的研究成果，從金融機(jī)構(gòu)的角度，分析唐山市建設(shè)銀行中小企業(yè)信貸中存在的體制、擔(dān)保方式、業(yè)務(wù)品種、風(fēng)險防范等方面的問題，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了完善中小企業(yè)貸款的機(jī)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新信貸產(chǎn)品等對策，以期緩解中小企業(yè)融資難問題，為目前的中小企業(yè)融資提供參考，并指導(dǎo)作者的日常工作。 本文主要包括以下內(nèi)容： 第一部分緒論，主要是對本文的選題背景、意義、論文研究思路和框架做了簡單的介紹。 第二部分相關(guān)理論綜述及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，主要是對中小企業(yè)及戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了理論鋪墊，并且借鑒國外銀行對中小企業(yè)貸款好的做法。 第三部分建設(shè)銀行唐山分行中小企業(yè)融資發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題的分析。 第四部分建設(shè)銀行唐山分行中小企業(yè)貸款對策，在充分分析以上問題的基礎(chǔ)上，，提出了發(fā)展中小企業(yè)貸款的對策。要在簡化貸款流程、建立有效的考核和獎懲機(jī)制、創(chuàng)新中小企業(yè)貸款品種、完善風(fēng)險控制體系等方面下大力氣，構(gòu)建自身的競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's small and medium-sized enterprises are developing rapidly and playing a more and more important role in the national economy. However, there are many problems in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, such as financing difficulties have been restricting the healthy development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to solve these problems, the government has issued many policies, such as encouraging banks to favor small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and the people's Bank of China (PBOC) has made regulations on the proportion of loans made by banks to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), but with little effect. From the perspective of financial institutions, based on the theoretical knowledge and research methods learned in the course of MBA, and based on the existing research results at home and abroad, the author based on his practical experience in China Construction Bank for nearly 10 years. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the credit system, guarantee mode, business variety, risk prevention and so on in the small and medium-sized enterprises credit of Tangshan Construction Bank, and puts forward some countermeasures such as perfecting the organization of the SME loan, innovating the credit products and so on. In order to alleviate the financing difficulties of SMEs, provide reference for the current SME financing, and guide the author's daily work. This paper mainly includes the following contents: The first part introduces the background, significance, research ideas and framework of this paper. The second part summarizes the relevant theories and the current research situation at home and abroad, mainly on the theory of SMEs and strategic management, and learn from the good practices of foreign banks lending to SMEs. The third part is the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the financing of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Tangshan Branch of China Construction Bank. The fourth part of the construction bank Tangshan Branch SME loan countermeasures, on the basis of full analysis of the above problems, the development of SME loan countermeasures. We should make great efforts to simplify the loan process, establish an effective mechanism of examination, reward and punishment, innovate the varieties of loans for small and medium-sized enterprises, and perfect the risk control system, so as to build up their own competitive advantages.
