【摘要】：本文在分析了人民幣國(guó)際化的可行性和必要性的基礎(chǔ)之上，提出了人民幣國(guó)際化應(yīng)該在東南亞區(qū)域率先實(shí)施的觀點(diǎn)。對(duì)人民幣在東南亞區(qū)域國(guó)際化的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)人民幣東南亞區(qū)域化的指導(dǎo)原則、三步走的實(shí)施路徑以及具體措施，從推動(dòng)貿(mào)易發(fā)展、本幣結(jié)算體系、對(duì)外直投、分支機(jī)構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和在岸、離岸金融中心建設(shè)等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了闡述。同時(shí)提出了上海推動(dòng)人民幣在東南亞區(qū)域化的可行方案，，最后提出了相關(guān)的國(guó)家政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of RMB internationalization, this paper puts forward the viewpoint that RMB internationalization should be first implemented in Southeast Asia. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the opportunities and challenges of RMB internationalization in Southeast Asia, and puts forward the guiding principles for realizing the regionalization of RMB in Southeast Asia, the implementation path of three steps and the concrete measures to promote the development of trade. Local currency settlement system, foreign direct investment, branch network and onshore, offshore financial center construction and other aspects are described. At the same time, it puts forward the feasible plan of promoting RMB regionalization in Southeast Asia in Shanghai, and finally puts forward relevant national policy suggestions.
