【摘要】：我國風險投資業(yè)存在初創(chuàng)期(種子期和起步期)投資不足、投資傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)和低端環(huán)節(jié)較多的現(xiàn)象。文章從產(chǎn)業(yè)結構和文化因素的角度解釋了這一現(xiàn)象的形成機制,即產(chǎn)業(yè)結構決定了默會知識類型,從而導致大多數(shù)投資者放棄風險投資,進而造成我國風險投資總量不足,而文化因素鎖定了這一過程。因此,文章建議減少初創(chuàng)期和高科技行業(yè)投資的機會成本,充分發(fā)揮特定默會知識在風險投資決策中的作用,以及大力發(fā)展天使投資來阻止我國風險投資"保險化"傾向。
[Abstract]:The venture capital industry of our country has the phenomenon of insufficient investment in the initial stage (seed period and starting period) and more investment in traditional industries and low end links. This paper explains the forming mechanism of this phenomenon from the angle of industrial structure and cultural factors, that is, the industrial structure determines the type of tacit knowledge, which leads most investors to give up venture capital, which leads to the shortage of the total amount of venture capital in our country. Cultural factors lock in this process. Therefore, this paper suggests to reduce the opportunity cost of investment in start-up period and high-tech industry, to give full play to the role of specific tacit knowledge in venture capital decision-making, and to develop angel investment to prevent the tendency of "insurance" of venture capital in China.
