【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和改革開(kāi)放的深入，尤其是在加入WTO和實(shí)行匯率機(jī)制改革之后，中國(guó)企業(yè)在國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)的過(guò)程中，勢(shì)必要面臨越來(lái)越突出的匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題。自2005年匯改以來(lái)，人民幣開(kāi)始進(jìn)入升值通道，匯率波動(dòng)不斷增加。在我國(guó)出口貿(mào)易中具有重要地位的紡織行業(yè)在此影響下將會(huì)受到怎樣的影響，值得我們關(guān)注。以紡織行業(yè)為代表進(jìn)行研究，這對(duì)于研究人民幣升值對(duì)我國(guó)勞動(dòng)力密集型、外向型產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響，具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 本文從理論和實(shí)證兩個(gè)方面就人民幣匯率變動(dòng)對(duì)中國(guó)紡織行業(yè)的影響進(jìn)行研究。理論方面，本文討論了人民幣升值是怎樣對(duì)中國(guó)紡織行業(yè)的進(jìn)出口、就業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益產(chǎn)生影響的。實(shí)證方面，本文運(yùn)用了2003年至2010年的季度數(shù)據(jù)，研究了人民幣升值對(duì)于行業(yè)工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值、就業(yè)、毛利潤(rùn)等經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的影響，得出人民幣匯率升值對(duì)行業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行存在負(fù)面影響的結(jié)論。最后，本文就人民幣升值背景下，中國(guó)紡織行業(yè)該如何應(yīng)對(duì)提出了策略和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, especially after China's entry into WTO and the implementation of exchange rate mechanism reform, Chinese enterprises are bound to face more and more prominent exchange rate risk problems in the process of international operation. Since the exchange rate reform in 2005, the RMB began to enter the appreciation channel, exchange rate fluctuations continue to increase. How the textile industry, which plays an important role in China's export trade, will be affected by this influence is worthy of our attention. The research on the textile industry is of great theoretical and practical significance for the study of the impact of RMB appreciation on labor-intensive and export-oriented industries in China. This paper studies the impact of RMB exchange rate change on China's textile industry from both theoretical and empirical aspects. Theoretically, this paper discusses how the appreciation of RMB affects the import and export, employment and economic benefits of China's textile industry. Empirically, this paper uses the quarterly data from 2003 to 2010 to study the impact of RMB appreciation on industrial output value, employment, gross profit and other economic indicators. The conclusion that RMB exchange rate appreciation has a negative impact on the economic operation of the industry. Finally, this paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions on how to deal with the RMB appreciation.
