中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)綜合國(guó)力不斷提升以及日益融入全球經(jīng)濟(jì),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)放程度和全球化水平不斷提高。同時(shí),伴隨著中國(guó)企業(yè)和個(gè)人“走出去”以及人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)程不斷加快,對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化提出了新的要求。我國(guó)“十二五”規(guī)劃綱要明確提出,要“逐步發(fā)展我國(guó)大型跨國(guó)公司和大型跨國(guó)金融機(jī)構(gòu),提高國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)水平”,銀行業(yè)“走出去”已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放戰(zhàn)略的重要組成內(nèi)容。我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行尤其是大型商業(yè)銀行迫切需要配合國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施,堅(jiān)持“以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,以客戶(hù)為中心”的原則,綜合平衡市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)、全球化能力、全球展業(yè)需要和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力等,循序漸進(jìn),量力而行,積極穩(wěn)妥、因地制宜地開(kāi)展國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局,加快國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)的步伐,不斷提升全球服務(wù)能力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。 本文從理論和實(shí)證兩個(gè)方面對(duì)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局進(jìn)行分析、研究,共有七章內(nèi)容。 本文第一章導(dǎo)言部分闡述了論文選題背景和意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,,確定了本文的研究思路、框架和內(nèi)容,指出了本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足。 第二章主要構(gòu)建本文的基本理論分析框架。對(duì)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局的所涉及的相關(guān)理論,如國(guó)際直接投資理論、銀行跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)理論、跨國(guó)并購(gòu)理論、跨國(guó)公司子公司理論、金融地理理論等進(jìn)行了分析,為進(jìn)一步研究中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局提供了理論依據(jù)。 在第三章中,對(duì)匯豐、花旗、渣打銀行等國(guó)際跨國(guó)銀行的國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了分析,從發(fā)展歷史、內(nèi)在動(dòng)因、布局模式、全球化管理體制等方面總結(jié)出一些有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局具有一定借鑒意義。 從第四章到第七章,主要運(yùn)用國(guó)際直接投資理論等的基本分析框架,對(duì)中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局進(jìn)行研究、分析。其中,第四章主要對(duì)中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局的歷史、現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)以及存在的問(wèn)題和難點(diǎn)等方面進(jìn)行了剖析;對(duì)影響國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局的因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,得出了規(guī)律性結(jié)論。以此為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局的動(dòng)因進(jìn)行了分析。 第五章重點(diǎn)對(duì)中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局策略進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)運(yùn)用案例分析和實(shí)證分析的方法,剖析了國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局應(yīng)遵循的原則、區(qū)域選擇決定因素,提出了區(qū)域拓展策略、組織機(jī)構(gòu)形式選擇、國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局路徑選擇、配套措施等建議。 在第六章中,從宏觀政策層面提出了完善我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局的配套措施和政策建議,包括加快金融市場(chǎng)化改革,營(yíng)造良好的法制和政策環(huán)境,加強(qiáng)對(duì)境外機(jī)構(gòu)的監(jiān)管,加強(qiáng)國(guó)家層面的政策指導(dǎo)與協(xié)調(diào)等。 第七章總結(jié)了本文的基本結(jié)論及研究的局限性及進(jìn)一步研究展望。 通過(guò)分析、研究得出基本結(jié)論:我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行開(kāi)展國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局、加快跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)步伐已成為不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在開(kāi)展國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局時(shí)要與中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的全球化布局相吻合,以服務(wù)中國(guó)“走出去”企業(yè)和全球客戶(hù)為目標(biāo),以符合監(jiān)管要求為前提,以自身跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為依托,追求全球布局廣度、深度和效度的協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一。要將港澳地區(qū)作為國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局的基地和窗口,優(yōu)先將亞洲國(guó)家和地區(qū)作為國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域,在歐美國(guó)際金融中心城市實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略性布點(diǎn),有選擇地進(jìn)入非洲、拉美等新興市場(chǎng)。在國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局中,要因地制宜選擇組織機(jī)構(gòu)形式,堅(jiān)持自建機(jī)構(gòu)、跨國(guó)并購(gòu)和其他多種路徑相結(jié)合,同時(shí)要完善國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局的配套措施,國(guó)家宏觀政策層面也要對(duì)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化區(qū)位布局給予支持。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and the increasing integration into the global economy, China's economic openness and globalization are increasing. At the same time, with the Chinese enterprises and individuals "going out" and the accelerating process of the internationalization of RMB, China has put forward new requirements for the internationalization of China's commercial banks. China's plan for "12th Five-Year" It is necessary to make clear that "step by step" to "develop China's large transnational corporations and large transnational financial institutions and improve the international management level". The "going out" of the banking industry has become an important component of China's opening to the outside world. The principle of "oriented, customer centered", a comprehensive balance of market opportunities, global ability, global exhibition industry needs and market competition pressure, step by step, step by step, actively and steadily, carry out international location layout, accelerate the pace of international operation, and constantly improve the global service capacity and competitiveness.
This paper analyzes and studies the internationalization location layout of commercial banks from two aspects: Theory and demonstration. There are seven chapters in this study.
In the first chapter, the introduction explains the background and significance of the thesis, summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad, and determines the research ideas, framework and content of this paper, and points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.
The second chapter mainly constructs the basic theoretical analysis framework of this article. It analyzes the related theories related to the international location layout of commercial banks, such as the theory of international direct investment, the theory of transnational management of banks, the theory of transnational merger and acquisition, the theory of transnational corporations and the theory of financial geography, etc., to further study the International Commercial Bank of China. The location layout provides a theoretical basis.
In the third chapter, the international regional layout practice of the international multinational banks, such as HSBC, Citigroup and Standard Chartered Bank, is analyzed. Some useful experiences are summed up from the development history, internal motivation, layout model, and globalization management system, which can be used for reference to the regional distribution of China's commercial banks.
From the fourth chapter to the seventh chapter, we mainly use the basic analysis framework of international direct investment theory to study and analyze the international location layout of Chinese commercial banks. Among them, the fourth chapter mainly analyzes the history, current situation, characteristics, problems and difficulties of the international location layout of Chinese commercial banks. The factors of the international location layout are analyzed and the regular conclusions are drawn. On the basis of this, the motivation of the international location layout of China's commercial banks is analyzed.
The fifth chapter focuses on the research on the strategy of the international location layout of China's commercial banks. By using the method of case analysis and empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the principles that should be followed in the international location layout, the determinants of regional selection, and puts forward the strategy of regional expansion, the choice of organizational structure, the choice of the international location layout, and the supporting measures. Wait for advice.
In the sixth chapter, from the macro policy level, we put forward the supporting measures and policy suggestions to improve the international location layout of China's commercial banks, including speeding up the reform of the financial market, creating a good legal and policy environment, strengthening the supervision of the overseas institutions, and strengthening the policy guidance and coordination at the national level.
The seventh chapter summarizes the basic conclusions and limitations of the study and prospects for further research.
Through the analysis, the basic conclusion is drawn: the international location layout of China's commercial banks and the quickening of the pace of transnational operation have become an irreversible trend. In order to meet the requirements of regulatory requirements and rely on the development strategy of its own transnational management, we should pursue the coordination and unification of global layout, depth and validity. The central city carries out strategic layout and chooses to enter the emerging markets such as Africa and Latin America. In the international location layout, it is necessary to choose the organization form according to local conditions, adhere to the self built institution, combine transnational merger and other multiple paths, and improve the matching measures of the international location layout, and the national macro policy level also needs to be made to the business. The international location layout of the bank is supported.
