基于DEA方法的中國工商銀行跨國并購效率研究

【摘要】:對工商銀行跨國并購效率的研究,從研究背景并購動因研究方法及實證分析等多個方面多角度剖析了工商銀行跨國并購前后效率的變化情況,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了可供我國商業(yè)銀行跨國并購中借鑒的幾點建議 我國商業(yè)銀行跨國并購起步較晚,數(shù)量少,工商銀行作為中國最大的銀行,且是中國跨國并購案中為數(shù)近半的代表性銀行,很能說明我國銀行業(yè)跨國并購的效率變化問題通過使用DEA方法,將工商銀行2000-2011年13年的數(shù)據(jù)作為樣本進行研究,得出結(jié)論認為跨國并購的確能夠提高銀行效率,,這主要取決于以下幾個因素:一是工商銀行國際化戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)與并購行為相符;二是認真甄別目標(biāo)銀行及地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟實力及發(fā)展?jié)摿;三是注重并購前后的風(fēng)險評估與控制;四是高度重視并購后的整合工作,這四個因素直接帶來了工商銀行跨國并購效率上的提升 工商銀行跨國并購取得了良好成效,其中有許多值得其它銀行借鑒的跨國并購方面的經(jīng)驗,主要包括:制定國際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,做到不盲目并購;慎重選擇并購的目標(biāo)銀行和地區(qū),盡量選取那些經(jīng)濟實力雄厚的國家或地區(qū),以及有著巨大發(fā)展空間和豐富的并購經(jīng)驗的銀行;提高人才質(zhì)量,注重培養(yǎng)國際化人才隊伍等
[Abstract]:Based on the research of ICBC's cross-border M & A efficiency, the paper analyzes the change of ICBC's efficiency before and after cross-border M & A from several aspects, such as background, M & A motivation research method and empirical analysis. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some suggestions for our commercial banks to use for reference in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. As the largest bank in China, ICBC is the representative bank of nearly half of the cross-border mergers and acquisitions in China. It can be concluded that the efficiency change of cross-border M & A in China can be studied by using the DEA method to study the 13 years data of ICBC from 2000 to 2011, and the conclusion is that cross-border M & A can really improve the efficiency of banks. This mainly depends on the following factors: first, the internationalization strategic goal of ICBC is consistent with M & A behavior; second, the economic strength and development potential of target banks and regions are carefully identified; third, the risk assessment and control before and after M & A are emphasized. Fourth, attach great importance to the integration after mergers and acquisitions, these four factors directly brought about the ICBC cross-border M & A efficiency of the promotion Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has achieved good results in cross-border M & A. Among them, there are many experiences in cross-border M & A that other banks can learn from, including: formulating international development strategy to avoid blind M & A; Choose the target banks and regions of M & A carefully, choose as far as possible those countries or regions with strong economic strength, as well as the banks with huge development space and rich experience in M & A; improve the quality of talents and pay attention to the training of internationalized talents and so on.
