【摘要】：煤炭作為我國重要的基礎性資源,其相關的煤炭產業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅關系著我國能源的安全,也影響我國經濟的健康發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定。目前煤炭產業(yè)發(fā)展到了瓶頸環(huán)節(jié),即投融資問題。文章從全球煤炭產業(yè)價值鏈的視角出發(fā),分析煤炭產業(yè)鏈上各個環(huán)節(jié)上存在的投融資問題,并針對不同的投融資問題,提出了相應的解決辦法,以期幫助轉型期間煤炭產業(yè)度過瓶頸階段,實現煤炭產業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important basic resource in China. The development of coal industry is not only related to the energy security of our country, but also affects the healthy development of our economy and social stability. At present the coal industry has developed to the bottleneck link, namely investment and financing problem. From the perspective of global coal industry value chain, this paper analyzes the problems of investment and financing in every link of coal industry chain, and puts forward corresponding solutions to different investment and financing problems. In order to help the coal industry in the transition period through the bottleneck stage, to achieve sustainable development of the coal industry.
