長沙銀行核心競爭力提升途徑研究

【摘要】:隨著我國金融體制改革的深化和發(fā)展,城市商業(yè)銀行得到了空前的發(fā)展契機,得以迅速發(fā)展壯大,成為一支重要的金融力量。但在競爭日益激烈的市場環(huán)境下,擁有著諸多先天不足因素的城市商業(yè)銀行要在競爭中獨立潮頭,就必須從自身實際情況和市場環(huán)境出發(fā),培育和發(fā)展具有自身特色的核心競爭力。 為了便于研究和分析,結合個人工作實際,本文將城市商業(yè)銀行的典型代表——長沙銀行作為研究對象,在總結國內(nèi)外相關研究成果的基礎上,以核心競爭力理論作為研究的基礎,從現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行核心競爭力的構成要素出發(fā),分析出長沙銀行的核心競爭力主要由戰(zhàn)略管理能力、公司治理能力、業(yè)務經(jīng)營能力、服務質(zhì)量、風險管理能力、研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力、人力資源管理能力、激勵約束機制和企業(yè)文化建設等九個要素構成。 本文通過定性分析與定量分析結合的方法,針對長沙銀行在核心競爭力建設中取得的成就和存在的問題展開了分析,認為長沙銀行在戰(zhàn)略管理、業(yè)務經(jīng)營、風險管理和企業(yè)文化方面成就比較突出,而在公司治理、服務質(zhì)量、研發(fā)創(chuàng)新、人力資源管理和激勵約束機制的建設方面比較薄弱。 本文闡釋長沙銀行應通過以下途徑提升其核心競爭力:完善公司治理結構、提高服務質(zhì)量、加強金融創(chuàng)新、建立高、精、尖金融人才隊伍、建立科學合理的績效考核激勵體系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of our country's financial system reform, the city commercial banks have got an unprecedented opportunity to develop, and become an important financial force. However, in the increasingly competitive market environment, urban commercial banks, which have many natural deficiency factors, must proceed from their own actual situation and market environment if they want to be independent in the competition. Cultivate and develop the core competitiveness with its own characteristics. In order to facilitate the research and analysis, combined with personal work practice, this paper takes Changsha Bank, a typical representative of the city commercial bank, as the research object, on the basis of summarizing the relevant research results at home and abroad. Based on the theory of core competence, this paper analyzes that the core competence of Changsha Bank is mainly composed of strategic management ability, corporate governance ability and business management ability, starting from the constituent elements of core competence of modern commercial banks. Service quality, risk management ability, R & D innovation ability, human resource management ability, incentive and restraint mechanism and corporate culture construction are nine elements. Based on the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of Changsha Bank in the construction of core competitiveness, and points out that Changsha Bank is in strategic management and business operation. The achievements of risk management and corporate culture are outstanding, but the construction of corporate governance, service quality, R & D innovation, human resource management and incentive and restraint mechanism are weak. This paper explains that Changsha Bank should improve its core competitiveness through the following ways: perfect corporate governance structure, improve service quality, strengthen financial innovation, establish high, fine and sharp financial talents, and establish scientific and reasonable performance appraisal incentive system.
