【摘要】：美聯(lián)儲(chǔ)金融危機(jī)救助帶來(lái)了中央銀行金融危機(jī)救助理論的發(fā)展和突破。本文介紹了美聯(lián)儲(chǔ)金融危機(jī)救助的背景，在最后貸款人和貨幣政策視角下論述了美聯(lián)儲(chǔ)金融危機(jī)救助的方式，在此基礎(chǔ)上，，運(yùn)用綜合分析方法闡釋了美聯(lián)儲(chǔ)金融危機(jī)救助的效果，并對(duì)危機(jī)救助展開(kāi)了深刻反思。借鑒美聯(lián)儲(chǔ)金融危機(jī)救助的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)于完善中國(guó)央行金融危機(jī)救助機(jī)制，有效應(yīng)對(duì)金融危機(jī)影響具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The Federal Reserve financial crisis rescue brought the development and breakthrough of the central bank financial crisis rescue theory. This paper introduces the background of the financial crisis rescue of the Federal Reserve, and discusses the ways of the financial crisis rescue of the Federal Reserve from the perspective of lender of last resort and monetary policy. This paper expounds the effect of the financial crisis rescue of the Federal Reserve by using the comprehensive analysis method, and makes a deep reflection on the crisis rescue. Drawing lessons from the experience of the financial crisis rescue of the Federal Reserve has important practical significance for perfecting the financial crisis rescue mechanism of the people's Bank of China and effectively dealing with the impact of the financial crisis.
