【摘要】：碳信貸,就是在商業(yè)銀行綠色信貸制度基礎上融入低碳概念,將原有綠色信貸模式進一步專業(yè)化為兩維低碳信貸體系:一是低碳企業(yè)貸款;二是借助全球碳權交易市場發(fā)展平臺,對CDM項目下CERs進行貸款。
