【摘要】：改革開放以來,中國以其巨大的市場潛力以及日益改善的軟、硬投資環(huán)境,吸引了大批外商來華進行直接投資。作為中國西南經(jīng)濟要地的廣西,隨著中國-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)的建立,廣西吸引外商直接投資的規(guī)模也得到迅猛發(fā)展,外商直接投資在廣西經(jīng)濟運行中所起到的作用也日益重要。外商直接投資通過為廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來大量資金與相關的經(jīng)驗與技術,對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的調(diào)整產(chǎn)生了重要影響。同時,由于外資在不同產(chǎn)業(yè)間分布的不均,對廣西各產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生了不同的調(diào)整效應,進而致使產(chǎn)業(yè)結構存在一定的偏差,對廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化升級帶來了一些負面效應。本文希望通過研究外商直接投資對廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整的影響,引導外資合理投向各個產(chǎn)業(yè),消除外資對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整的負面效應,使廣西能夠更好地利用外資來促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的調(diào)整與優(yōu)化。 本文對外商直接投資與廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整之間關系的研究,采用自上而下、層層遞進、理論與實證相結合的研究方法。首先總結和回顧了前人對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構理論的觀點,然后結合廣西實際情況,分析了外商直接投資在廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)結構中的分布及其存在的問題。接著通過建立分布滯后模型(DLM),以1990-2010年為時間區(qū)間,研究外商直接投資對廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)結構所帶來的不同調(diào)整效應,緊接著通過引入C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù),測算出1995-2010年間FDI對廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整造成的偏差值。根據(jù)以上分析結果,得出本文研究的主要結論：外商直接投資由于在三大產(chǎn)業(yè)間分布存在結構性傾斜,致使對各產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整的效應存在較大差別,總體上推動和發(fā)展了第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè),同時也消弱了第一產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展空間,從而擴大了三大產(chǎn)業(yè)間的差距。文章最后結合廣西實際情況與自身的特點,就如何利用外資促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化調(diào)整提出了相應的政策與建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has attracted a large number of foreign direct investment in China with its huge market potential and increasingly improved soft and hard investment environment. With the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, Guangxi, as the key economic region of southwest China, has developed rapidly to attract foreign direct investment (FDI), which plays an increasingly important role in Guangxi's economic operation. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has exerted an important influence on the adjustment of industrial structure by bringing a large amount of capital and related experience and technology to the industrial development of Guangxi. At the same time, due to the uneven distribution of foreign capital among different industries, there are different adjustment effects on each industry in Guangxi, which leads to certain deviation of industrial structure, and brings some negative effects to the optimization and upgrading of Guangxi industrial structure. This paper hopes to study the influence of foreign direct investment on the adjustment of Guangxi's industrial structure, guide foreign investment to invest in various industries reasonably, and eliminate the negative effects of foreign investment on industrial structure adjustment. So that Guangxi can make better use of foreign capital to promote the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure. In this paper, the relationship between FDI and industrial structure adjustment in Guangxi is studied by using the method of top-down, multi-layer progressive, theoretical and empirical research. Firstly, this paper summarizes and reviews the previous viewpoints on the theory of industrial structure, then analyzes the distribution of foreign direct investment in Guangxi's industrial structure and its existing problems in the light of the actual situation in Guangxi. Then, by establishing the distributed lag model (DLMN) and taking 1990-2010 as the time interval, the paper studies the different adjustment effects of FDI on Guangxi's industrial structure, and then introduces the C-D production function. The deviation value of FDI to Guangxi industrial structure adjustment between 1995 and 2010 was calculated. Based on the above analysis results, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: because of the structural inclination of FDI in the three industries, the effect of FDI on the adjustment of industrial structure is quite different. On the whole, it promotes and develops the secondary industry and the tertiary industry, and weakens the development space of the primary industry, thus widening the gap between the three industries. Finally, according to the actual situation of Guangxi and its own characteristics, the paper puts forward the corresponding policies and suggestions on how to use foreign capital to promote the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure.
