【摘要】：隨著我國信息產(chǎn)業(yè)和高端網(wǎng)絡技術的飛速發(fā)展,越來越多的金融機構推出了網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務,城市商業(yè)銀行的網(wǎng)銀業(yè)務雖然起步較晚，但網(wǎng)銀用戶、網(wǎng)銀交易額、業(yè)務量等各種指標卻不斷的增加。網(wǎng)上銀行作為一種新的金融服務方式在發(fā)展及穩(wěn)定客戶、提高服務效率、增強市場競爭力和加強業(yè)務開拓能力，為銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展和改革，降低成本，等多方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。 本文以哈爾濱銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務為研究對象，首先在對哈爾濱銀行網(wǎng)上銀行的組織結構、管理體系、產(chǎn)品狀況、市場狀況和營銷狀況進行分析的基礎上，對哈爾濱銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢進行了分析，從而得出哈爾濱銀行網(wǎng)上銀行發(fā)展的內(nèi)部環(huán)境因素；接著對哈爾濱銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)發(fā)展狀況、競爭者情況等方面的外部情況進行了分析，得出了哈爾濱銀行網(wǎng)上銀行發(fā)展的外部機會和威脅因素；再次，，結合內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析的基礎上，提出了哈爾濱銀行網(wǎng)上銀行發(fā)展的總體戰(zhàn)略的選擇，并對戰(zhàn)略進行分解，提出戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施，為哈爾濱銀行的成長與發(fā)展提供一定的參考和借鑒。這一系列的戰(zhàn)略指定的過程與方法也將會對其他的城市商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定起到一定的借鑒作用，從而推動其自身的成長與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information industry and high-end network technology in China, more and more financial institutions have launched online banking business.Business volume and other indicators are constantly increasing.As a new way of financial service, Internet banking is developing and stabilizing customers, improving service efficiency, enhancing market competitiveness and strengthening business development ability, so as to develop and reform banking business and reduce costs.And so on many aspects are playing a more and more important role.In this paper, Harbin Bank online banking business as the research object, first of all, on the basis of the analysis of Harbin Bank online banking organization, management system, product status, market situation and marketing situation.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the online banking business of Harbin Bank, and concludes the internal environmental factors of the development of the online banking business of the Bank of Harbin; then, the macro environment and the industry development of the development of the online banking business of the Bank of Harbin Bank are analyzed.The external situation of competitors and other aspects are analyzed, and the external opportunities and threat factors for the development of online banking in Harbin Bank are obtained. Thirdly, based on the analysis of internal and external environment,This paper puts forward the selection of the overall strategy for the development of Harbin Bank online Bank, decomposes the strategy, and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy, which provides a certain reference and reference for the growth and development of Harbin Bank.The process and method of this series of strategic designation will also play a certain reference role in the formulation of the development strategy of other urban commercial banks' online banking, thus promoting their own growth and development.
